IMO gaming is getting worse. Its sad when i go back to 5 year old games and they surprise quality/enjoyment to any recent games (other than batman ac)

demon souls was definitely not, i couldn't imagine dark souls being any different. but thats me.

i never play any Wii games online, so i doubt i'll pay to use Wii U online.

the jaggies are there, bigger the TV the more noticable they are. It's true, overtime your eyes get used to it and eventually just become normalized to it. However, its quite funny how I played both Zelda:SS and Prime 3 (2007 game) on a 50" 1080p, Prime 3 has smoother textures...much easier on the eyes as well.

unlike most above, i enjoyed NV much more than 3...both are very good

i tried demon souls, didnt get too far and was constantly advised to reference "wiki pages for help". I've heard demon souls is even harder. For myself, i dont get enjoyment out of having to look on internet for help or tricks to move ahead. A lot of the game i find isn't challenging, but more trial/error...a lot of help required from web pages and discussion boards. id rather spend my time playing the game than looking online for ways to advance within a game. The games are definitely not for everyone, especially those who don't have the required devotion this series expects from user.
