Absolutely 100%...Playing online multiplayer for FPS has gotten not only old but stale with me. Not only that, developers have started to sacrifice a decent single player campaign to focus on multiplayer which is a trend I'm really starting to dislike. $50 for a 6 hour single player campagin for Call of Duty 4??? Give me a break!
I find I get much more value for my dollar by buying games that offer a deep single player campaign like GTA IV, Oblivion, Two Worlds and Forza 2(career mode).

You make a good point, the single player campagin are WAAAAY to short on these games nowadays. Just like AO2.
Yes it oustold 360 in EU, but not UK. But from now on? Face it, GTA was the big one, it will be downhill from here. Worldwide the PS3 wont catch up now.

I don't understand the negative opinions about Halo 3's visuals...yes the artwork is the same as Halo 2, but the overall detail is HUGE in comparison.
The water, trees, textures,reflections...the whole enviroments are stunning. Expecially the MC model...yes the human faces can be ugly...but every game has its UGLY look somewhere.
if you haven't played it on a 1080p set..your truly missing out.
if your sqint your eyes alil...its almost like the games CGI, IMO. its that realistic looking.

do you even know what convoluted means? Obviously you don't seeing how you're stating that GeoW's plot was convoluted. GeoW plot made sense and didn't change drastically as the MGS series does time and time again. In fact, GeoW story was brilliantly written and flowed far better then most movies these days.

MGS's plot make sense as well they are just deeper and more involved then the typical Aliens trying to take over the world. A plot changing drastically does not equal convoluted either, its called a plot twist. Your arguement is dumb because at the end of the day people play MGS games for its SINGLE PLAYER STORY MODE and people play GEOW for its MULTIPLAYER. Dont defend GEOW story mode.
