Target is the way to go. Got mine 2 weeks ago and if you're quick enough to get in through the website (usually but not always early Friday morning), you can buy it online and pick it up in store that day and not have to worry about shipping...

If they add the Ratchet & Clank collection (original trilogy), I'll jump in. My PS3 died years ago...
