Yesterday I decided to go into unfamiliar territory and go and give Pikmin a go. I bought it for the Gamecube not the New Play Control and I also decided to buy No More Heroes as well since it's a very cheap price on the Nintendo Wii now.

Whilst I have little interst in buying a Wii U I have not given up adding to my Gamecube and Wii Collection. Hopefuly if I enjoy these games I could try the sequels to them.

After recieving many comments by people about the score of The Last of Us and people thinking I am still outraged well guess what, I don't give a monkeys it could have scored a 2 here and I would still have got it. I am just gonna clear things up to say that I am not up in arms about like 90% of the PS3 fanboys on this site. I couldn't really care less frankly I am a gamer that enjoys playing games and I have better things to do than talk about the score and anywhere what's done is done and this is the last blog you shall hear about it. I aren't even gonna bring the score up when I have got my hands on it and finished it.

I know most these sites,magazines and such give virtually the same score to virtually sport games like soccer/football every year, I play them and go eh same as last year why am I wasting my money on this rubbish. I don't use certain reviews as a guideline. If it has an interesting concept or I am a fan of a particular series I will play it and judge it for myself.

I mean I didn't throw a 10 at Mass Effect 2 because all the sites were doing so. I did it because it was an amazing experience with an excellent camapaign and brilliant characters. I have given games like Killzone 2 a right bashing because it bored me to no ends and I even went on end to say L.A Noire was dissapointing even though people didn't agree I don't care they are not me and it's my opinion.

Also I don't throw high scores at Mario or Zelda games because I am biased. I think most in the series are excellent games. I mean I gave New Super Mario Bros 2 a 7.0 and Paper Mario Sticker Star a 6.5. I gave them those scores because they were forgettable I didn't give them those scores because IGN,Gametrailers,Gamespot or EDGE gave them that same said with Mario Galaxy,Uncharted 2 and Resident Evil 4.

I am just here to clear things up and say that who cares what these sites/magazines give these games they are not us and it shouldn't put us off buying certain games either.

It's a good thing I don't take GS reviews seriously and Tom McShea you know the guy who gave a certain Legend of Zelda game a 7.5 has gotten the community talking again with The Last of Us giving it a 8.0.

Well with the high praise the game has been getting plenty of perfect scores GS probably says let's throw in an 8.0 to make us different. I mean they come up with all the postive feedback and then throw either 1 or 2 negative things at the game and say that the game is worthy of an 8.

Me personally I think this game for me in terms of my hype I have been pushing this game game as maybe the one to dethrone Uncharted 2 as the best PS3 exclusive since Naughty Dog are making it.

This is one blog that has been really difficult for me to do but I have decided to go for it and just list my 10 most dissapointing games of this gen. Through either hype,long delays or even a games pedigree these are my 10 most dissapointed games of this gen. Also this is gonna be a big blog.

10.Metroid Other M:  A follow up to what some consider the best game on the SNES. With a mix of Prime and Super Metroid how could this fail. Well it did, you could only use your abilities like Screwattack and such when activiated. The scanning couldleave you in an area for ages. The refilling of Missles and Health was a pain and don't even get me started on Samus. My favorite videogame heroine was a boring character and she never at the point sounded interesting. Given the brilliance of Prime I expected this to kick on.

9. Gran Turismo 5: If you put alot of time into it I am sure it's not a bad game but the problem being is it took about 4 years in the PS3 lifespan to come out. There was even a Prologue version and to be honest it just wasn't up to the standard of 2 or 3. Given how it was a must have on the PS1 and 2 this is unforgiveable.

 8. Bayonetta: A new IP one that in 2010 would be a heavy contender for GOTY but boy was I wrong. The game just felt like a carbon copy of Devil May Cry but with a female playing the lead. Plus it was short and with no reason to go back to it the game just didn't do it for me.

 7.DMC: Yes I played it and I can safely say the new Dante I didn't like him and to be honest I just didn't see much change from previous installments and to go with that the bosses were a complete joke.

6.Resdent Evil 5: Coming of the back of one of the greatest games ever what do you do. Throw  online  co - op, no scares,no dark tense enviroments and lame puzzles that a monkey could solve. The bosses were well easy since you barely had to use your own ammo against most of them. Oh and do you know what the worst thing is it isn't the worst RE game this  gen or most dissapointing. That's why it's only 6 there is another RE game on this list.

 5.Tekken 6: Whilst I do perfer Street Fighter and MK over it I loved Tekken 3,Tag Tournament and Dark Resurrection but the problem with number 6 was mainly the incredible disgrace of a story mode ever. A cheap final boss and rubbish online play. Me personal I don't think Tekken suits it but at least it redeemed itself with Tag Tournament 2.

 4.L.A Noire: Very highly anticapted but in the end it let me down. I played through the entire story mode but unlike say Heavy Rain your decisions didn't really matter on the outcome of each case. As the game went on I was only really bothered in finishing it. Plus it didn't have no reason to go back.

 3.Assassins Creed 3: I don't know how many people alone were pumped for this game but to find so many problems with it was what made it such a big letdown. The first half of the game is basically a tutorial and the last about 5 segments were when you really got to be in the main role. Plus the fact for about 2 hours you weren't playing as the main lead it was like MGS2 all over again plus Connor was such an annoying character compared to Ezio. Plus it had bugs in the game too.

 2.Marvel vs Capcom 3 Fate of Two Worlds: After years of waiting fans got to play it on their  next gen systems but it wasn't the same. The main Arcade mode was dull. The final boss was a joke and the online play was virtually unplayable at times. Plus with it being Capcom throwing an updated version at top whack for you a few months later made you feel ripped off.

 NOW BEFORE I GIVE YOU MY NUMBER 1 I AM GONNA SAY ONE THING. At least these games were solid or some even decent number 1 isn't either and that's what number 1 is. It basically killed this franchise and judging by my blogs in the past and with it being mentioned somewhere in the countdown you might have a clue what number 1 is.

1.RESIDENT EVIL 6: Yes Resident Evil 5 was a dissapointment and the reason being it isn't as higher as it should be is because of this mess of a game. The Leon campaign is tolerable I can guess but Jake and Chris campaign are boring and take everything out of what made the series good in the first place. It's not the fact the fear factor is gone it's the fact that this game tried to be something it's not. Chris campaign felt like COD and Jakes campaign well just sucked. Also it had so many button like quick time moments that it just made you sick to play.

The games I listed I can at least say one thing I beat the majority of them this I gave up towards the end of Leons campaign. The melee was overpowered as well it's like ammo wasn't to important in this game. It is a train wreck from start to finish. If you want a good RE game this gen get Revelations either on PS3,360,Wii U or 3DS. I could on for ages about this game but I'd rather not since it was so dissapointed me it sickened me and whilst RE5 was dissapointing I did think it was a good game but not a good RE game. Most of the time GS are wrong but with RE6 they are not avoid this game at all costs.

So there you go my top 10 most dissapointing games of this gen. My top 10 Best shall be coming soon.

I have waited for this day and I am looking very forward to not only downloading 2 Zelda games on the same day. The Oracle games. Ages and Seasons and this game from what I have heard has some interesting gameplay and a password system as well to get the true ending of the game.

The good news is I have just enough left from my Nintwendo shop wallet to afford it and not buy another one. I am looking very forward to this.

Also if you must know also Zelda has overtaken Mario in terms of my favorite franchise.

This is it these are the 5 best exclusives on PS3 in my opinion. Please send me yours in the comments sections. You won't like all of these games but there will be one you should love at least.

5.InFamous 2: In my opinion InFamous 2 beats it's predesscor because locating Dead Drops were easier new powers and better combat. The choices from the first game affected your Karma and you could create user missions. Sucker Punch did an excellent job roll on the next installment.

4. Uncharted 3 Drakes Deception: The best series that was exclusive to PS3 owners. Uncharted 3 featured a strong cast with a very interesting story. The game also boasted a stronger multiplayer where Power Plays and Kickbacks helped pull back deficets. The cast was as strong as ever with the likes of Drake,Sully,Elena etc.Plus the soundtrack is possibly the best in the series.

3. LittleBigPlanet 2: I didn't want to throw both in because the stuff that was in the first game made it into number 2 which featured a very good story mode. Your creation could go wild creating different genres and even little games sometimes. Where do Media Molecule go from here who knows but I hope we haven't seen the last of Sackboy.

2.Metal Gear Solid 4 Guns of the Patriots: Snake bowed out in style in MGS4 with incredible storytelling. Just about every character from the 3 previous games featured in this. It does have the amazment of the 3rd one which is the best in my eyes but you know if you buy a MGS game your in for a treat.

NOW MY NUMBER 1 PS3 EXCLUSIVE OF ALL TIME IS

1. UNCHARTED 2 AMONG THIEVES: I think many of you saw this coming I mean beating the likes of MGS and LittleBigPlanet is a big ask but Uncharted 2 didn't just beat them it blitzed them. In my eyes it's possibly the best Playstation exclusive ever. From the moment you climb the train at the beginning, to a collapsing building,to the train section. The game just has such a nice pace to it. Naughty Dog listened to their fans taking out the stupid Sixaxis controls  from the first game for climbing and grenade tossing. Combat was better,the weapons were better and it also allowed a solid online experience for after the game had been beaten. Plus the strong storytelling and memorable characters it is the pinnacle of the PS3 and one of the best games of all time. If you didn't like this game then there must be something seriously wrong with you.

So there you have it these are my top 10 PS3 exclusives, I shall be doing a top 10 multiplatform games soon but not for a while since I just got Far Cry 3 and I also will be doing my top 10 most dissapointing games of this gen.

What makes a console worth buying you guessed it the exclusives and boy did Sony deliver with some of their First Party Titles this gen. Here are my top 10 Playstation 3 Exclusives. Remember this is just my opinion so you don't have to agree with it. These are the games that made me a very proud PS3 owner. All the images are the European Box Art. I am also doing this as a 2 part blog to keep users in surspense as to what my number 1 PS3 Exclusive is and to not make people get bored of read it in one big blog.

10,Resistance 3 Whilst I thought number 1 was great number 2 lacked I felt in many areas but number 3 certainly delivered with many interesting places on Joe Capellis battle against the Chimera. An excellent pacing and whilst the multiplayer was far from perfect it was still good fun and I loved the story. Normally games fade in the 3rd installment but I felt this was the best of the bunch.

9.InFamous: InFamous was an open world Sand Box type game which gave you alot of freedom and some awesome electricial powers. As Cole McGrath you had the choice of doing either good or bad at certain points in the game. It had alot of replay value and alot of upgrades. The  melee combat was a bit lacking though.

8.Ratchet and Clank Future A Crack in Time: The last good Ratchet and Clank game. A Crack in Time featured an amazing story and some returning favorites as well giving both characters about a good chunk of each section. The Clank puzzles were tricky but very good espically those that you go for when you try to get a Golden Bolt and the ability to navigate the sector made it a verygood feeling to explore. The downside no multiplayer and the lack of new weapons to the series was a dissapointment.

7.Heavy Rain: One thing I must complent Sony on this gen is giving us lots of new IPs and Heavy Rain was a very interesting concept. You play the role of 4 characters. Ethan Mars a dad who has to find his son,Madison Paige a journalist who is interesting in finding out the Orgami Killer, Norman Jayden from the FBI sent to find the identity of the Orgami Killer and Scott Shelby a former police officer. The game has so many different outcomes at various locations and with multipul endings it is worth doing certain parts again. While some diss that it's mainly a movie for me it's genius.

6.God of War 3: Whilst it's not as good as the first two games because of the lack of puzzles and the story isn't as strong the bosses really make this game shine from the beginning. Battles against Posideon,Hercules and Cronos are some of the best in the series. Also it showed what the PS3 is truly capable of.

With the Wii U already out it looks by the end of the year that Sony and Microsoft will unevil their next consoles PS4 and the next XBox which I am not 100% sure of the name yet.

Which one do you think will have the best features,online play,pricing and of courses exclusives.

There is no doubt Nintendo will have Mario,Zelda,Smash Bros,Metroid,Pikmin and a few others.

Microsoft will surely continue with the likes of Halo,Gears etc

Sony will still most likely have the likes of Uncharted,InFamous,God of War,Ratchet and Clank.

I am sure we will see new IPs as well from various developers as well because the likes of Sony brought alot out last gen. So who do you think might have the best stuff and be the one to beat next gen.

At the moment I think the PS4 looks to have alot of good stuff and I am really looking forward to Sonys next console. Sorry Nintendo I just don't get the Wii U. I can manage without my Mario and Zelda.

With it just over a month away and having heard it has actually been finished as is ready to go do you think The Last of Us can match the amazing Uncharted series.

In terms of storytelling,likeable characters and memorable moments. The Last of Us looks brilliant and with it being about a month away do you think it will be able to be as good as Uncharted. I mean this is a Naughty Dog game we are talking about.

Resident Evil Revelations is coming to PS3,Wii U and 360 in May but I bought it on day of relase for the 3DS. Now I was wondering should I bother getting it even if they are a couple of extra features on it.

At the moment I have said to myself no I don't need it since I already own the original copy on 3DS and that it will be a pretty exspensive game when it comes out and that it might not be any different to it's 3DS counterpart apart from a few extras. I mean RE4 is higher ranked on GC than it is on Wii and PS2 despite those ones having extra content. 

I am just asking for advice because I need an honest opinion I think the one on the 3DS is one of the best games on the system but is it worth it just to get a game I already own for an extra mode or not. 

At the moment I am saying I am very sure I won't be getting it so I can save my money for newer games coming out.
