The devs killed The Culling. It had a lot of buzz and was all the rage on Twitch, but bugs never got fixed and the devs kept changing things for the worse (according to the vocal players).
It is sad that so much great work goes into Destiny 2 by the excellent voice cast, art and environment design and execution, and the wonderful score, but the actual gameplay is so lazy and boring. Just imagine what a passionate game designer could do with those things?
I cannot help but believe the 'Xbox One owners "largely ignore" the backwards compatibility feature' narrative smells of some PS4 fan-boy attempt to minimize a huge feature they do not have.
The Xbox One backward compatibility, allowing me to continue to enjoy titles I already own without the need to switch consoles, was THE REASON I purchased my Xbox One. I use it all of the time.
Is this post about an American Horror Story game...or is GameSpot just so far into their own political bubble that they think this site is an appropriate place to spew their beliefs?
I do not come here for politics or political opinions, nor do I visit political or news sites for game reviews or information.
Destiny 2? Looks more like Destiny 1.1. I sure hope they separated PvP and PvE stats for weapons and armor, so Destiny 2 won't be ruined by PvP nerfs like Destiny 1.
"Spencer spoke about the success of the games-as-a-service model, where games like Destiny are supported over the long-term rather than being released as a title that's never updated or expanded."
WHAT? Destiny sold DLC (like MANY other games) and you have to buy Destiny 2 all over again to continue the "long-term" enjoyment. How is that different than other games?
