Just force vsync and triple buffering from your Nvidia/AMD panel, and increase the x and y sensitivity through your mouse software configuration. The forced-on vsync and triple buffering alone will take away the lag and you won't have screen-tearing at all. If you turn off vsync in the application settings to take away the input lag, it will just leave you with MASSIVE screen-tearing. Follow my instructions and it should work wonders for you.
