I read an article a whil ago that said the PS3 version would be better simply because it wasn't cost effective to release the game on multiple 360 disks. Remember that 360 disks hold only 8.5 GB max and Blu-rays hold roughly 50 GB max. The article also said that an uncompressed build of Rage is 1 terabyte, which is HUGE for a game. In order to fit the game on one 360 disk it would need to have lower quality textures, etc. so that it could all fit.

Sorry fanboys, but the PS3 is better when it comes to disk storage. Don't hate me, hate Microsoft for chossing the HD-DVD format instead Blu-Ray.:D

havent really seen a lot of Id Tech 4 games.... that was Doom 3 engine wasnt it? i only know Prey, Doom3 and Quake 4 that's using that enginefunsohng

MW2 uses a slightly modified version of it. People here may not like it but you can't argue that it isn't rather popular. And please dont let this reply sway your votes.

Let me digress for a second.

Having played on both PS3 and 360 extensively, I must say that they both have amazing graphic capabilities. And while I love the graphic on the 360 I lke the PS3's graphics slightly more because I think that system has deeper color contrast.

Having said that, I must say that I don't really have a favorite game graphically, but the first game that actually blew me away graphically was Burnout Paradise. This is not simply because it has amazing graphics technically, but because it had a great art style and it ran incredibly smooth no matter how fast you were going. Also, the crash animations were incredible.

Most hated game of all time: Fanboy Melodrama

Nowadays, it seems like hardcore fans of all different forms of media hate the mainstream of that same media.

If youre a hardcore fan of games, you don't like the aforementioned, MW2, etc.

If youre a hardcore fan of music, you don't like Lady Gaga, Justin Beiber, etc.

This isn't really a system war type of question, it's more about the IW execs being fired from Activision and joining EA. They just formed that Respawn Entertainment and are working on their next project, but this whole situation where they were fired and sued got me thinking: What if these guys helped either EALA or DICE with the new Medal of Honor game? I think it would be a terrible business move and a huge unsult to Activision, but I could see the motive to do it (sweet revenge on Activision!). I know my idea is kind of out there, but I wonder what everyone else thinks.
