In the year of 2007 when the 360 was pretty new I was super hyped for the holiday season. Since the 360 was pretty expensive during this time I was able to get the 360 and Halo 3 for Christmas, and that was pretty much it. I loved my xbox 360 and I played the hell out of Halo 3 on xbox live.

A little under a year later my Xbox 360 broke, and I called up Xbox customer service. Apparently my xbox was no longer covered by warranty. This really brought my piss to a boil and I wasn't able to do anything with my broken xbox because I didn't have any money to send it in and get it repaired. I was left no choice but to go back to playing my legacy systems while my friends played on xbox live. Then some of my friends 360's broke and they were in the same boat as me.

I later looked up the 360's technical problems on wikipedia, as i was curious as to how many people were affected by this horrendous atrocity. I later learned that the 360's had a 54% failure rate. I was in disbelief. How in the love of god can this be acceptable in the gaming industry? It's terrible to think that a great gaming company such as SEGA was reduced to becoming a software only company, but Microsoft is still in business and making hardware.

Being an American citizen I am disgusted that the United States of America's consumers have allowed microsoft to continue to conduct business and tarnish the great American pride with such a failure as this. SEGA didn't deserve the fate they were given. Microsoft deserves bankruptcy and Bill Gates should be stricken for his crimes.

I no longer support Microsoft because I was one of the many gamers who were a part of the 54% failure rate statistic.

Lol. First the "red ring of death" and now the "blue light of death". You see, part of the Nintendo magic is being able to buy a new console and not having to worry about it breaking within a week. They carry on the hardware quality that existed back in the 80's. Sony and M$ just don't get it

I've got the deluxe set, like most. I still have only a handful of games for it, the best one probably being Pikmin.

And what future title is most anticipated? Between Tropical Freeze, Mario 3DW, MK8, and Smash 4, I really can't choose.

Of course, the Wii U has been struggling in sales (thanks to inadequate advertising and high launch price), and it does have it's flaws, but it already has a few must-have games, and there are more to come next year.

It all depends on what happens this gen. Who knows; Sony could just fall behind while Wii U steals first, or, the Wii U could possibly (but highly unlikely) be Nintendo's last console. By my prediction, the XB1 and Wii U will fight for second place. I'm afraid I just don't know the outcome.

I already have a Wii U for it's exclusives. I might end up getting a PS4 in the years to come for the multiplat's, but I think I'll be buying more Wii U games
