Here we go. Earlier this year, the girl of my dreams texted me "I love you," so I responded "I loove you more." I saw her in the hall that day, and she just shook her head. So the next day, I get the bright idea to make things right with her, so I jokingly text her,"Sally(not real name)...sniff... I'm a terrible person." :@ Then she responds with "haha why" I tell her "IDK, I screw up everything lol" "haha no lol" Then I get the bright idea to say "My life is just so full of...drama :sobs". She appears to me later that day with the most crushed expression I've ever seen on anyone's face. I was so sad, I couldn't ever bring myself to tell her it was part of the joke. I still regret that day.
Do you guys believe religous figures such as Jesus, Mohammed, Moses and Abraham even existed?
It was something i was thinking about earlier as i was talking to my Athiest friend and he was telling me how he doesnt even believe said people existed. Im not talking in the way of "I believe there was a man living called Jesus at the time" but if the actual person said in the scriptures existed, regardless of miracles etc.
And to further extend the point, do you believe things such as the man Jesus was crucified by the Romans and similar things? (Im not asking about big things like Moses parting an ocean etc).
There is scientific evidence that these figures existed...so, yeah.
When a good friend of yours, someone who knows you well, tells you "you should listen to *insert band here*. You would REALLY like them." then you go to listen to them, and they are complete crap, and you don't understand how your friend could possibly have thought you would like them. I work in the music industry, so you'd be amazed how often this happens to me, especally with a good friend of mine. To date, she has yet to successfully introduce me to a new band, let alone a band that I didnt find repulsive.

Yeah, but she probably just hasn't introduced you to GOOD bands like Fall Out Boy. :o
