I don't care to workout at the moment. I'm fit anyway so working out would mostly be for getting muscles.
How are you fit without working out :? yea... being skinny doesnt make you fit... I'm technically skinny for my age and I am incredibly fit, but I don't work out. I run a 4:32 mile and a 1:57 half. Actually I do work out, but working out does not make you in shape. You're in shape if you run/swim or do cardio. Being in shape is based on how efficient your body is working, not how big/beautfiful it is. And Yarou, idk why you think standing in front of the TV and doing bicep curls is working out, but it's not. And who ever said doing 5 miles on an exercise bike is enough is also wrong, that's like running 1 mile. Not even. Swimming then running are the forms of exercise, working out (in the gym) just makes you stronger which helps prevent injury. That is the main reason most athletes do it.So I was talking to one of my friends the other day and the subject of "friends" came up. We discussed what they are there for, and he said that they only exist to provide entertainment or something to do and that he doesn't owe them anything. My arguement was that friends are people outside of your family who you can bond with and experience life with. They are more than just a source of entertainment. What do you think friends are?
