yippee and Sopranos

alright, i finally was awarded another tv.com icon...Over 500 posts...yippee!

The Sopranos - "Blue Comet"

Right off the bat we start off with Silvio taking care of some business and then BOOM. The game is on. Phil gives the order to take out Tony and his "management". A plan that has unfolded so far as according to plan. Bobby goes down in one of the best scenes in Sopranos history. The train store was the perfect place to lay his character to rest. I thought the sequence with the train tumbling over the edge was a perfect conclusion to the scene.

Silvio's death, on the underhand, was unbelievably under rated. His death was horrible. The first shot that hit him was in the back and to me that is disrespectful to such a great character. He just seemed to die helplessly, not honorable. Finally, I hate to see the guys in hiding. Phil proved to be a worthy opponent with his plan against the family. By getting out of town before Tony even had a clue, was genius. I hope the best for Tony and company, but this is the sad end.

so tired...

so i just watched Entourage's finale. It was good and set up season 4 to be bad a**. Medellin could go either way. make or break Vince. Boom. I can't wait to see if we get to see the production of Medellin or not. i would love to see some authentic Columbian scenes. Tony Montana style. piles of coke and lots of guns. the whole drama story is getting old fast, so i hope he succeeds so he will stop being a b**ch all the time. Eric was hard at the end when he shruged his shoulders to Vince, non-verbally saying he didn't care if Sloan left. Bro's before hoes. Pals before gals. Seeing Vince talking to the pornstar got me thinking. i am not sure if i could screw a pornstar. and i dont think it would help Vince's image right now. although he has never cared about it before.

This S*CKS ... did i say that out loud?

i am already tired of waiting for LOST and Heroes and they havent even been gone a week. not to mention sopranos, i almost don't want to watch the last two epidodes because i don't want the series to be over. i really hope gandolfini starts to do more movies. i love that guy as an actor (Behind Enemy Lines was great...because of him...Redford was cool...But Affleck was the BOMB in Phantoms, YO!)

Entourage v. LOST

I have struggled with this question for some time now. LOST is by far the most exciting show i have ever watched, but I think ENTOURAGE still takes the cake as my favorite show. THe dynamics between characters are so priceless, and every character can make me laugh.

Holy Crap!!!!

I finally was able to watch Sopranos - "The Second Coming", and I was Blown Away. It was the perfect blend of story lines and had my heart racing. Beautiful script.

AJ's storyline is, less just say...a drag. In my opinion, it seems to be way over done. I mean as soon as we see AJ look into the pool, we all said "Suicide Attempt" in unison. But this episode was special because through his storyline we were able to dive deeper into the emotions of the family. The scene in which the family "delivers" him to the "Observation Unit" of the Hospital was very touching, I loved Meadow's support for her mother.

The short scene with Tony and the guys was hilarious though. The conversation about doing drugs was fun to watch. Then AJ interrupts dinner. Then Tony meets with Phil about the asbestos ordeal. Man Frank Vincent did a great job with that scene. He played the ultimate son of a b*tch. You hated to see Tony not get what he wanted, but we loved watching Phil be a smart ass.

I loved the Meadow/Coco storyline. I thought he had made a big mistake when he beat up the first guy, but when he said what he said to Meadow, I knew he had bitten off more than he could chew. (lol). Tony proved that he still shouldn't be messed with...so you better not cross that line. I died laughing when the restaurant manager said, "Get a mop". By the end of this plot twist Phil reminded me of the annoying kid in the neighborhood that owned the basketball. He was a brat but you have invite him. But in reality Phil might be more crazy than Tony.

This episode just screams KILLER finale,it should be GREAT. I cannot wait, but even I may become "depressed" when I realize NO MORE SOPRANOS. What a drag. I look forward to seeing how the big picture looks when it is complete.

bye bye heroes, lost, 24, DH, and all sanity

what am i supposed to watch now that EVERYTHING i watch is going off? don't tell me that i have to start reading or studying now, i won't stand for it.

Heroes: All in all, honestly, i was a bit disappointed in the finale. I am not sure what i was really expecting, but for whatever reason i felt let down after the show went off last night. Don't get me wrong though, i am still a huge fan and will be biting my nails until Volume Two starts..."Generations".

DH (Desperate Housewives): Great finale. the bree and baby story was to say the least predictable and expected, but Edi hanging herself was a shot out of left field. I do believe that someone will save her at the last minute at the start of next season though.

LOST: I cannot wait to see it. I am actually having dreams about LOST now i am so excited. It won't let me down.

24: Have not seen it yet but i hear it was good. I love my DVR.

Wow

wow, with the holidays and everything i have not been able to find time for the ol' tv.com. and on top of all that, i just bought a house so i have been VERY busy trying to fix everything the way i want it. but hey, i am back. just in time for the return of Heroes, Lost, Prison Break and i have started getting caught up on 24. (just in time to say goodbye i guess).

Beware!!!

i ususally will only get heavy on the forums for my favorite shows while i wait for my last class to start (5:45p EST). today i decided to go out with a couple of friends to "celebrate" the end of our semester. well we "celebrated" at Murphey's Pub, and i had quite a load of L.I.T.'s.

so i am for-warning everyone that my posts on the forums might be a little "off" today since the alcohol decided to kick in after i walked across the street (back from Murphey's Pub) and sat down at the computer.

finally...

i finally made it to level 5!!! what is strange is i completed the entire level 4 with nothing but forum posts. i didn't write anyreviews, and only a few blog entries. i like to see tv.com rewarding those that participate, not only those that contribute everything under the sun for a show/actor.

reviews...

i think i might start writing reviews again. i have plenty to write. i just lost interest in spending time writing them if they weren't going to earn me any points.
