Semi-true, the issue with the other games is that they havent had years of patches and expantions to develop the game. So if a new mmo appears (AofC, Warhammer, etc) and isnt as fine tuned as wow is, we say the game suxxors and maintain our lining of Blizz's pockets, causing the new fish to keel over and die (and never progress into a finely tuned mmo). It will take a very epic premise to dwarf WoW (cant wait till World of Starcraft or WOW2! lolz).[QUOTE="V4LENT1NE"]You cant blame WOW for being such a good game lol. Blame the other MMO developers for not putting as much care and attention into their games that Blizzard does.canoecamue

WoW was pretty polished even at launch. I played in Open/Closed Beta and moved on to the release game straight away. There were server instability issues and a few bugs, but other than that it was as polished as you would expect for a Blizzard game.Age of Conan didn't even have working in-game stats when it launched, which is fairly inexcusable for a stat based MMO.
I'm not saying that WoW was perfect when it launched, but it wasn't nearly as buggy and unfinished as some of the newer released MMO's. Which is part of the reason it was, and still is so popular.
