Supposedly, the guy who reviewed this didn't get past the 2nd level. If you liked the demo, you'll probably like the game. Keep in mind, though, the first level is by far easier than the other three. It might seem difficult at first, but once you learn the system and level up a bit it comes naturally.

Ugh, just great. I'm gonna stay off OT for a few days, I suspect no one will shut up about this.

In all likelihood it'll end with Kratos replacing Zeus, maybe with the Titans taking the place of the gods. I normally wouldn't think they would, but Ares and Athena are gone already. Or everyone dies, because Kratos decides to end the eternal cycle. God of War never had a very good story, in any case. The only thing it did great was the puzzle design.

Or, you could do what my friend did...wrap it in a towel and run it for 20 minutes so the CPU/GPU reseat, and then sell it to someone for 200$.

But even if you don't have a RRoD, it's only like 99$ for repairs/a brand new console. Happened to me, still got it back in two weeks.

I'd say at least a few hundred thousand still play. After WoW, the next closest ones are LOTRO, Age of Conan, EVE Online, Everquest, and I'm assuming WAR. None have nearly as many as WoW does, but they're considerably populated.

The story isn't essential to know, no. It supposedly takes place 100 years before (or is it after?) the first one, but there's nothing really tied to the first outside of some secret characters, most of the gameplay systems, and a few monsters.

But it's a really, really good game. You'll probably get a kick out of it.

That first part...yeah...I've never heard of that happening ever. That's really strange. As for the stake-out bit, I just tend to read the quest notes every time I get a quest. They usually have hints. Also, it's kind of hard to spy on someone in the day time.

Also not sure if that's a British-made film. It's got British actors, but not much else.

Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels was 1999.

What Film-Guy said, plus Snatch, Hot Fuzz, Shaun of the Dead.

Football Factory was just terrible, though.
