If by playable you mean not that buggy, then yes. In case you guys didn't know, though, there were no voice actors, it was all done by the developers themselves. It's an OK game. It excels in two things: variety of locale, and the magic/alchemy system. Oblivion had 3 types of areas (although still a great game). The magic/alchemy system was actually pretty cool, it was doing something different than I had seen. But it's worth 10 bucks, tops. I did almost all of the available quests in 30 hours.

I totally agree. I even PM'ed you about because I was floored. This is England >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> American History X. I had never seen Stephen Graham in anything outside of Snatch, he was absolutely incredible in this.

It sounds like you were rushing it a little bit, maybe 20 bpm or so than the Civ IV version. Also, due to this being a piano-specific piece, it sounded like the higher notes had much more of a staccato going on than the chorus did. But otherwise, I was impressed.

While Shadow of the Colossus is certainly a masterpiece, I still think you're reading the wrong books and watching the wrong movies :PBerserkerkitten

Even if you liked it, it's still a terrible, terrible movie. The director himself was quoted as saying something along the lines of "This movie is s***".

Kalmah (Children of Bodom-style, there's actually huge debates over who ripped off who)
Insomnium (kind of like a sadder, slower In Flames)
Turisas (just good)
Neuraxis (some of their songs remind of older In Flames)

Edge of Sanity
At the Gates
Arch Enemy
Dark Tranquility

With In Flames, those 4 basically started the whole Gothenburg scene.

As for Opeth soundalikes, it depends on which albums you're talking about.
In any case, though, Cynic > Augury >>>>> Opeth.
