Something like Wolfenstein 3D is probably fair game, as it's not sold ANYWHERE. If the only place it can be purchased is eBay/Amazon, then it's fair game. However, certain older games do not work on current hardware. Be wary, is all. I almost had to reformat because of a conflict between the older game and my newer hardware.
Malcolm in the Middle. It had the best writing, and all the actors fit into the characters very well. Looking back on it, it's probably the closest thing to a live version of The Simpsons that's been on TV.
That's worse. And also very overpriced. You can get an Nvidia 8500GT which should run it decently for about 70$.
The reason I recommend that (as opposed to an 8800) is it does not require extra power (neither does the 8600GT). Most pre-built computers (Dell, HP, Gateway, etc) do not come with the required 6-pin connectors to support the more powerful video cards. It's better that he has a decent card that's cheap instead of a better card that's more expensive and requires the purchase of a new power supply.
