If it was a glitch you wouldn't be able to flip it back over. And I did this two days after it came out, by sheer accident. We had them ram each other on a slightly uneven surface and the one started going up and off to the side.

I have an FX-74 and a 7900 GS with two gigs of RAM and I get more than 60fps on 1024x768 with medium quality. So, you should be alright.

Game testers don't make a lot unless they're temps. And when they're temps, they have to deal with crazy hours. Right now, I'm making $8.14 an hour, and that's more than I can make as a tester, to give you an idea. And you don't get to choose what games you test, and they're not necessarily working when you start.

If you can deal with that, I'd apply at a local game developer. There are a few companies out there that test for the developers, but they're few and far between. In the meantime, do as many beta tests as you can, MMO's, FPSs, stuff like that.

I was going to check out Ephel Duath a long time ago but I never did:|

They're pretty...avant-garde. But I like them. They're kind of a love-or-hate thing. But they do have a myspace, I suggest looking there.

Yes, when I don't have any prior engagements and just wanna watch a good movie. Right now, maybe twice a month, but when I'm not super busy, maybe two times a week. It's to relax and get more enjoyment out of life.

[QUOTE="crucifine"]I have about 35,000 songs, I listen to about 85% of them and know them by tune. The rest I keep on for my friends when they want to listen to something....This isn't on an mp3 player by the way, they don't make them big enough yet. If you want an estimate, I think it's 191 gigabytes (most of them are 192-320kbps mp3's).TrailorParkBoy

wow, you've spent a lot of money on your music. I could have that much music, but... that would be WAY too much money to spend. I'd rather get... I don't know, a car.

Ya, some people have got to have their music. One of my friends bought a pretty expensive server just to host all of his songs. The server is currently taking up his only closet and breaths like a beast. I have not idea how many songs he has on that thing, but he likes to claim he has everything known to man. As for me, I'm happy with my 500 song collection. But one day I will invest a good chunk into my collection, maybe after college.

Why not just buy a big external hard drive?

I'm not sure, the whole thing seems unnecessary to me. I also wonder if he even spent 1 dollar on the music itself...

They sell terabyte external hard drives for a couple hundred bucks. File sharing programs are free. A server is totally useless, you can host anything you reallyneedtofor free.

That's the thing, storing files only needs storage devices. He probably uses it for other things, but I don't understand spending that much money for music....

Maybe he is the one person who actually uploads?

I don't upload anything. It's a good way to get subpoena'd by the MAFIAA. Most uploaders are small groups of people ripping early leaks of cd's/DVD screeners/etc. Sometimes funded by organized criminals. Other times it's just people trying to spread the word about a band/movie/game/etc. that they like.

[QUOTE="crucifine"]It's most likely to make the animation run smoother, no clipping of the shoulders through the arms.LaP

A lot of games feature normal sized characters with good animation.

Yeah, but in previous Unreal games, that was an issue. Which they're rectifying by making it harder to notice.
