Basically what you just said. It can upconvert to higher resolutions. In terms of how it looks, I'd say that entirely depends on how good your TV is. I'm using an LCD monitor with a 700:1 contrast ration, and outside of it being a little bit dark sometimes (because of the low contrast ratio), it's incredibly crisp.

I think it should be a little bit of both. Like, there should be at least one achievement for easter eggs (and it better be a good one, too). Several achievements based on story and what difficulty it was on. Also multiplayer achievements (Halo 3's MP achievements I think are fair. It'll take me a while to get all of them. I think it's pretty cool what Valve did, they have a couple achievements that are from SP that are really hard (like get through the sand section without touching the sand). And they shouldn't take forever to get. Getting 1000 wins in MP as an achievement kinda feels like a cop-out, like they couldn't think of anything else.

You want a game with awful bloom? Two Worlds. If you went up into the snowy areas, it is extremely easy to get lost because there is nothing but white light coming out of your screen, and the small UI. I spent an hour wandering around trying to find a way out.

Theoretically, yes. There are USB keys preloaded with Linux on them out there, all sorts of stuff. I have a friend who plays World of Warcraft from his Ipod. As in, it's installed on his Ipod, directories and all, so he just takes it with him for when he's not doing anything in school.

Uh...Philip Glass, anyone? He does so many movies, but most people don't realize how good he is. IMO, definitely better than Clint Mansell (I thought the Requiem For A Dream soundtrack was boring).

The first conan movieGradyGG

It's a good soundtrack, but just so you know, it borrows A LOT from Rimsky-Korsakov's Scheherezehade (sic). Which you might want to check out. That's a classical piece, not a soundtrack.

They both suck hard. Really hard. Neither of 'em can write an original melody to save their lives.

[QUOTE="EboyLOL"]The Mars Volta need more love.EboyLOL

I prefer At the Drive-In :P

I have some of their stuff... I find them to be fairly boring, while with the Mars Volta you get some very intense improvisation and trippiness (no, I do not do any drugs).

They really aren't all that trippy. Try Crimes In Choir, they've got two of the members of At The Drive-In, and play what I find to be better music than The Mars Volta. You might like 'em.
