You unlock them by getting some of the Multiplayer achievements, and also by doing some campaign things (a few are on heroic, most are on legendary). To get the Hyabusa armor set, you have to get all of the skulls.

I actually know the drummer pretty well (the guy with the buzz cut(Rian Dawson)). He's pretty good, he was my replacement in Marching Band when I decided that everyone else in it liked Queen too much. He was also in the school jazz band...and he knows Javascript fairly well. Point is, if his friends weren't in a pop-punk band, he might be in a better band.
And Jack Barakat (the skinniest one) was in my Boy Scout troop for a few years.

No, you CAN have more than 4 360s, but you need to buy a switch. Last night we had 6. But yeah, if you're just having two 360s then a router will work without too many problems. The only thing is that if you are playing against someone else behind a router, you won't be able to hear them talk, nor can they hear you, due to NAT restrictions. And hosting gets complicated when that happens. But you should be fine.
As a side note, you can fix it so that Xbox Live is let through, but you have to know how to port forward on a router.
Yes, that'll work. That's what we usually do at our LAN parties, anyways. If you want more than four people, though, you'll probably need to buy a switch, which has up to 16 most of the time.
