I don't know, is cod going to just keep being remade each year? Answer...as long as it sells and people want it. Besides, Nintendo makes more games in more genres then any other dev. I don't see bungie or naughty dog doing anything too far from there comfort zones. Why is it that Nintendo isn't allowed to keep making Mario games.
top games i played that left this impression on my gaming systems PC-Crysis 1, could run it on Highest settings ps3-KZ3 wii-i was going to say MP3, but SMG2 and LozSS all looked great...but its the wii remember. didnt have a 360 so i can not comment.
the way i see it, my 11 year old and his friends play COD and Halo. They think mario is too kiddie. Well, thats the opinion of a child. And im 31. So the fact that i play COD occasionally too, i play a kids game. Well, they never play mariio. And i mean never. My son has a 3ds with 15 games, and he never touches it. He plays the same B-Ball and racing game for his ipod. So that means his 3ds is really mine. I guess mario is more an adults game then a kids game. I admit, im a nintendo fan, but im a gamer, i play everything i like. I keep up on the new games, played last of us already and enjoyed it, but will i ever replay it. Probably not. but i am really enjoying collecting star coins in luigi u.
I am totally lame, the over world from Loz is my txt alert for my iPhone. I've got some metroid ones I like too, but Zelda has always been my fav music.
I think metroid needs to be Nintendos' fps that is not only as amazing as any of the prime games, but has a great online with 8-12 person matches, with limited modes similar to kz3 war zone mode. I would love another great 2d metroid, but Nintendo would crush all other systems with prime 4 with online coop and Tdm.
No. I'm not reading that wall. Just saying no. It's the reason I love the console. Playing cod/Mario in the same room with my wife, watching tv. She stays happy not watching me play games. Better then being alone inl the "upstairs family room" where most if gaming took place before.
