I don't think you'll be playing any of the games you listed with that integrated graphics card. I wouldn't imagine that could run anything much more than minecraft.

The first thing that comes to mind is disable the win7 drive via your bios, (or just unplug it physically) then restart your computer and it should run with the empty drive which then would allow to install winxp on.nilzg

Do this. Just unplug the Windows 7 drive.

You'll need to use a program such as Xpadder in order to make the controller work with Oblivion. Since Oblivion is not a GFWL game it has no native support for an Xbox 360 controller and there appears to be no plans to integrate it in to the PC version of the game.

I really havn't looked at DAO2 but the last one was really good, so I'll trust them and get this one. I have it preordered, and I'm going to play it to enjoy it. I trust bioware after the last few games they put out.

I have been using surround speakers for so long i havent the slightest clue what to buy. I currently do not have a mic and have needed one for online gaming for a long time which is what has prompted the decision to buy.

Its also a space issue. The surround i have now has never been able to be placed correctly.

Usage will be 75% gaming ( both online and console so compatibility with a PS3 is needed ) and 25% Movies ( almost entirely BD ).

I value sound quality first and foremost followed closely by comfort as they will be worn for many many many hours at a time. And like i said, a functional high quality mic is also required.

Not sure if it matters, but my current 7.1's are connected to an X-fi.

Im a little confused as to whether i would want surround cans or just stereo. From what i have seen, some people say surround is worth it, some say you cant tell the difference and others swear by stereo.

I hope this is enough for folks to make decent suggestions. Price range is no more than $150USD.

Thanks in advance.

I picked up the logitech g35's last year, and all I can say is that I love them. Every game that works with 7.1 surround sound sounds amazing, and even the games that don't support surround sound sound better. The volume slider on the side is awesome too. I play WoW, and I play for a long time at once, and these things never get uncomfortable. I really recommend these. I think they're around 130$ so they should be right around your price range!
