Firstly, this series was inspired by Horrorboys Movie Quote Trivia blog series, in which he would post a movie quote and then people guess the movie in the blog comments. I really enjoyed it and haven't seen any in a while so I decided to make one myself, only game themed.

Continuing from 2, 24, my favourite TV Show is.....
#1 Red Dwarf
Red Dwarf is a british sci-fi spoof sitcom written for the BBC, which ran from 1988 to 1999, spanning a total of 8 seasons. A 9th season has never been made, but in 2009 a 4 part special of Red Dwarf aired on the british channel Dave. However the special did not build upon the cliffhanger the season left off after season 8, and was a completely new story for the characters. In my opinion the special was entertaining, and a nice return to the series, but the story and setting was quite ridiculous in parts.
Red Dwarf's main characters throughout the majority of the series' are Dave Lister, the last known living human in the universe, a hologram of his former bunkmate Arnold Rimmer, who was brought back by the ships computer, Holly, an AI with an IQ of 6000, at least before it came under the effects of "computer senility" after 3 million years alone. Also the series features Cat, a creature evolved over millions of years from Listers cat, Frankenstein. Also from the end of season 2, a mechanoid named Kryten joins the crew, after he is discovered in his crashed ship, Nova 5.
Lister and Rimmer were part of the crew of the Jupiter Mining Ship, Red Dwarf, a ship which fell victim to a massive radiation leak after Rimmer inadequately sealed the drive plates of the ship. Lister was the only human survivor of this event, as we was sealed in a Stasis pod in way of punishment for smuggling a pet cat on board the ship. The cat he smuggled was supposed to be incinerated, but instead was hidden in the cargo hold beneath the ship. 3 million years after the leak, the ships computer, Holly, unlocked the stasis pod, allowing Lister back into the ship. ForListerthe 3 million years which had elapsed felt like 2 seconds due to being in Stasis, and the ships computer explains to him how the ship was now 3 million years from earth, and Dave was probably the last human being alive. In the first episode Holly brings back a Hologram of Listers dead bunk mate, Rimmer, ironically the most hated person onboard the ship before the accident, but the person with whom Lister had shared the most words. Later on in the episode, the two meet a strange humanoid called "Cat", a being of a race which had evolved over 3 million years in the hold, from Listers cat (which was pregnant by the way).
Other characters join the crew in later seasons, but I'm not going to spoil too much!

Continuing from 3, Arrested Development, my 2nd favourite TV Show is.....

24 is an American action show starring Kiefer Sutherland as Jack Bauer, a highly valued special counter terrorist agent, famous for hisextreme methods and conviction to get the jobdone. It has ran for 8 seasons, the 8th of which is currently in progress, and is the final season of the show. The show runs in real time (including commercial breaks between the action which are taken up by mundane events such as travel), each season has 24 episodes,and eachepisode covers an hour of real time action. The series is famous for its massive and common plot twists, and each season despite only covering one day packs in a lot of drama and excitement.

Today I traded in a few games that I've been wanting to get rid of, so I went down to Gamestation and got some in store credit because there are some good games I haven't got yet! So I traded in the following games...

Not too bad considering the age of some of the games, still quite annoying considering the shop will probably not sell any of these games for under £20, and something like Mass Effect 2 and AvP will be sold again for something like £30. But it still gave me enough money to cover most of what I wanted, which was...
Borderlands + DLC Double Pack (so far I am enjoying this game so much, can't believe I missed it out, it's really fun and seems such a high quality game)
Pokemon Heart Gold (Because I am hardcore!)
If you haven't played this yet, get it before Fallout New Vegas comes out!
Sorry for not posting any TV shows up lately, if any of you were looking forward to them, I'm sorry for that, I'll get round to it eventually.
I've been playing a lot of MW 2 again lately, the release of the Stimulus map pack worked wonders and I played it for a solid 7 hours yesterday (:|), haven't played it like that since the release week lol. It's good to be enjoying the game again, and I finally got another prestige!
Mmm! Shiny.
Another game I have been playing is Dead Frontier, a hugely addictive FREE (yes, free) browser MMO. Basically your character is a survivor of a zombie outbreak, and you have to build up your character, loot the city, buy new items, complete missions, barricade new outposts and tonnes more. The amount of stuff available for free on this game is really incredible, and I hope it stays this way. It makes me want to subscribe even more, and I hope a lot of games stay like this. Forcing you to pay for membership for a little extra in game content is annoying.

Oh and another thing, I noticed another thumb down on my BC2 review :(, bringing it to 11/14 people agreeing with my review. It's pretty annoying since I spent some time on the review to make it decent, only to have some people spend one second to damage it! If someone who done it genuinely disagreed with it, then I'm fine with that, but if it's someone just being vindictive, I hope you have the cojones to own up, and if not, don't do it again!
