He asked for a simple FPS.. If you think Bioshock is a Simple FPS you must of played it wrong... Very, very wrong...I'm more than a little surprised no one else mentioned it, but BIOSHOCK. the story honestly interested me and had a few good plot twists. then of course there is the sequal if you really enjoyed the first, and then in 2012 the 3rd game in the franchise.
I would also like to suggest hitting up halo/halo2. old ports of xbox games, but i enjoy the universe.

[QUOTE="dan_plus_o"]I'm surprised how many of you keep the aero effect on. First thing I do when I install W7 is disable it. Its pretty and all but not worth the resources IMO.CellAnimationGet a faster computer... :P Seriously it uses what? 0% on an i7? Thanks for the recommendation but I'm running an i7 950 :P I'm just the kind of person that wants every bit of power. I don't think the Aero effect is worth 0.00000001% of my systems resources.
Wow what country do you live in to get a mortgage at $25000?! In england its at least 25% deposit lolSPBossI live in Canada.. We can get a mortgage as low as 5% here.
How about spending 2k on a decent gaming rig, then spend the rest on an education since you seemingly have no knowledge about investing money correctly.Tyson8earzzlol so true.. Man I would be ecstatic if my dad gave me $100 let alone $25,000. When I think of $25,000 first thing that comes to my mind is; get a mortgage on a house, invest it in stocks, or simply put it in the bank and get interest. If I were you I would spend no more then $2,000 on a computer. You should spend your money in a way that can potentially get you more money. Buying a super expensive computer will get you nowhere since in 2-3 years it will be an old outdated computer that you will make very little by selling. I always recommend getting a cheaper computer but upgrading it every year as apposed to getting a super expensive one that you think will last for many years. The most expensive computer now is going to suck compared to the cheaper computers that will be out a year from now.
The outputs of my graphic card is on the wrong side to fit. Instead of that the output is pointing out of the computer, it is now pointing to the computer itself and the outputs should be pointing out of the computer.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Gpu-connector.jpg Those thingsPitbullitReally? Are you sure your plugging it into the right expansion slot? How old is this computer you have? Can you take a picture of the motherboard and upload it here?
