Hey thanks for the help but I already ordered the Mushkins. I really couldn't decide so I just went with the more expensive Mushkins. I figured its better to pay more and be happy with what I get then pay less and always think, "What would my system be like if I got the Mushkins". lol $40 isn't too much money anyways. Still I wish I had more time to decide and get more feedback about it.

I used VLC player for about 2 weeks and ended up going back to WMP. VLC player is nice but it had too many bugs for me to enjoy it and the playlist editor is horrible. WMP with the CCCP codec pack and its great. I only use WMP for videos and have MediaMonkey for my music collection.

Yeah man you can use it just fine!! As long as its a Nvidia Geforce card, EVGA Precision will work. I think you just have to be an EVGA site member in order to download it form the EVGA site. Maybe you could find a download on a third party site though. I have an XFX ATI Radeon card and I use MSI's overclocking program called After Burner.

I'm surprised how many of you keep the aero effect on. First thing I do when I install W7 is disable it. Its pretty and all but not worth the resources IMO.

Hey guys I'm getting an i7 950 and Asus P6X58D-E and am stuck on which RAM I should get. I have narrowed it down to these two: http://www.directcanada.com/products/?sku=11180BD4238&vpn=CMX6GX3M3C1600C7&manufacture=CORSAIRhttp://www.directcanada.com/products/?sku=13000BD5869&vpn=998805&manufacture=MUSHKIN Now the Mushkins have better timings and I have heard tons of great things about the brand. The Corsairs are of course also a great brand and they are $40 cheaper. Are the Mushkins worth the $40 more for better timings or should I just go with the Corsairs? Will I even notice the difference between CL6 and CL7 timings? I plan to order within an hour or so before I go to bed so my order can get processed first thing in the morning.

Yes you need to get gaming. The Xbox 360 has lots to offer. The best online. What are you waiting for?

BloodJunkie213

I always hear people say it has the best online. Out of the consoles it is but it comes no where near online for PC. Match Making will never compare to dedicated servers and clan servers. Match Making does have its benefits but it still doesn't compare to a good old dedicated server where you can go on at anytime and see a bunch of people you know playing. Or dedicated servers that have specific rules. The only COD4 server I would ever play was a Shotgun and Pistol only server and it is simply the most fun I have ever had on COD4. And to top it all off... You have to pay for Xbox Live. I'm not here to bash 360. I have one myself and even pay for xbox live. I'm just trying to get the correct info out there. PC is better in every way possible.

This belongs in system wars,NOT The Xbox section.

Its a 360 forum dude, what do you want? [QUOTE="dan_plus_o"] One kid said Forget the PC cause 360 is the best?? LOL

Well, yeah, dont listen to that guy :P

I was mainly referring to that guy as the fanboy. Anyone who says 360 is better then a PC has to be a fanboy.

LOL don't listen to the 360 fanboys! One kid said Forget the PC cause 360 is the best?? LOL that is such bull! Anyone who says 360 is better then PC is a poor little kid who can't afford a PC or is too stupid to maintain a PC and keep it going strong. Since you are a PC gamer I would recommend spending as little as possible on the 360 and putting it to your new PC build. I have an arcade 360 which I bought a 20GB HDD for. The 20GBB HDD is plenty of space to get you by until your PC is back up and running. You already being a PC gamer you will probably be quite disappointed in the 360. It has no Anti Aliasing, no keyboard and mouse, no DX11, no dedicated servers, no X-FI sound effects, no physicx and 100% of time looks inferior to the same game on PC. Pick up a used Arcade console with a 20GB HDD for about $100 (what I paid for mine in Canada) and put the rest of the money towards your PC build. As long as you get an arcade system (one with the white DVD drive bezel) you shouldn't have to worry about the Red Ring of Death since they improved on the arcade system and once you get your PC back you won't want to ever touch your 360. I only bought my 360 for 360 exclusives (Gears of War 2, Halo Reach, Ninja Gaiden 2, Guitar Hero) but now that I have played those games I hardly ever touch the 360. If you are just after a gaming system to get you by I would actually seriously recommend getting a PSP or a Nintendo DS since they are portable and you will probably get more use out of them once you get your PC back up and running. I have a DS and I still play it tons because it is so unique and is a nice change for some casual gameplay. How is your PC no longer working?? Its unlikely that more then one component went at once. For the price of a 360 you could replace what ever part went bad on you and be back up and running. The most expensive part in a PC that generally fails is the Graphics Card and you can get a new HD5770 for around $150 or the new 6850 for just around $200.

Hey guys! Just wondering what all your bike setups are. I have never tuned my bike as I don't want to spend the time testing each setting out so I am just looking to see what your guy's setups are so I can try a few out and see what I like. Another big question.. 2stroke or 4stroke? It seems most everyone uses 4 strokes but the 2 strokes seem to have better acc/speed stats.
