Sorry, thats not true at all for me. 90% games I'm looking forward for this year and next year are all Japanese and currently I'm really enjoying my time with TMS #FE and Zero TimeDilemma.
@Bigboi500: if that's true then, that's deal breaker for me. I might not be biggest SO fan but I always had fun with the combat but it sounds to me they just broke the combat. .
@jcrame10: on technical level they are both about the same but the reason Persona 5 looks better because it has better art direction.
I'm way more excited about for Persona 5 and SMTIV final but I still think TMS#FE is great game to play while waiting for those two come out. Beside so far all the impression for TMS#FE have been really positive.
One thing really bothers me is people here really depend their entire opinion around gamespot's reviews. That to me is big, big mistake, in my opinion they are worst reviewers.
@jcrame10: TMS is looking far from cheap!!! Have u seen any gameplay!!? How dose looks cheap to u!!? If u hate anime artstyle then that's different story and with that logic I'm guessing u also find Persona 5 looks "cheap" but that would crazy talk.
But here some hands on impression from RPGFan (which I trust waaaaay more than gamespot reviews)
@jcrame10: your only reason u think TMS is "hot garbage" because this not straight up SMTXFE cheap crossover. bsides if u this game crap then why do u care how much it cost!!? It's not like u gonna buy this anyway.
I personally as long SMT fan I am very excited for this especially what I saw from the combat. It's perfect game to keep me busy till P5 and SMTIV Final drops.
Turd!!? Maybe should play the before judging it. I personally sooo glad this not straight up crossover, because in honestly the story always crapin crossovers. Even in Kingdom Hearts the best part of the story was about original characters and actual crossover parts was nothing more than filler.
TMS #FE using crossover much better way with SMT press turn battle with FE weapon triangle.
Also about this game is not worth full price because there no English voice acting. Are u f**king serious!!? the game still has great visuals and 60-70 hours with game is here, I would gladly pay $60 for it. Meanwhile games like Order 1886 priced $60 which I hardly considere that as "game".
@GameboyTroy: the game is looking fantastic!!! The first was one of my favourite superhero game, I even go as far as say it was much better than InFAMOUS series.
I just hope this time Sony put actual marketing behind this game. Lot of good games like Puppeteer and Tearaway got push aside because Sony did nothing to advertise there games.
@lordlors: I personally prefer stylize artstyle over realism, not only they age much better but it also make game much exciting to play. I mean I have u seen the new Persona 5 trailer!!? That game just sooo damn stylish, makes more excited to play it.
A bout the NPC. U should definetly give Persona a try, I know some people have u believe social link is all about wifu BS but in reality it's great system not only get to know your party member but also People out side of party. Like the old couple in Persona 3 or the stepmother in Persona 4 .
