To be honest, I'm thinking of getting this game once the price drops. My friend played through the entire game and he said it was pretty good, and I played the Leon portion of the demo and enjoyed it.

So, unless the Chris and Jake segments leave a bad taste, I'll get this game. Although, I will be waiting for a price drop. Too many other games have higher priority when it comes to spending my money, and I usually wait till games go on sale before I buy them

But yeah, I'll likely get this game when it drops.

DON'T DO IT!!!! Leon's part is good (but this is like saying it's the least stinkiest poop), Jake's part is 'meh', Chris' part is terrible and they could have absolutely done without it!!!! The game isn't worth it at all. The story is all over the place, and is just messy when put together. With a little more effort, it would have been quite good. I have a lot of credit with gamestop, and I got this used (a lot of used copies on the shelf. This should tell you something). Returned it for a full refund after a few days. Plus, I'm sad that it's doing so great. I was hoping gamers would send a resounding message to Capcom that we don't want nonsense.

Add AC:Revelations to that list. And I finally got around to playing Red Dead Revolver, and pretty much think its overrated. Maybe I'm just getting too old... sigh.

Hi guys! Was just thinking about this a little bit ago. What are the games you played this year that had your hopes up, but fell flat in every way? Mine are two Capcom games:

1) Street Fighter X Tekken. As a fan of both SF and Tekken games, this was an absolute wasted opportunity on Capcoms part. Everything about the game was sub-par (sound effects, soundtrack, stages, game execution). It was completely underwhemlming to me.

2) Resident Evil: ORC. No explanation needed here. Didn't buy it; borrowed it from a friend.

Open floor...

RE5 should have got a 4.5 as well.

HoolaHoopMan

Nah an 8.5 was what it deserved it was a good game but dissapointing.

Chris Redfield punching a giant boulder inside an active volacano...nothing with that deserves an 8.5.

LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is by far the funniest (and truest) comment I've ever read! This is a sad day for videogames. If RE5 flopped in sales as well as RE:ORC, then maybe Capcom would have learned quickly. Hopefully DMC follows in this manner for them to realize their recent strategies are terrible. Shinji Mikami, Hideo Kojima, and some other developers called this early! Japanese game development is dead!

Errr...Nintendo competing with 6 year old consoles? I don't think MS or Sony will be too worried. Especially since the Wii-U is gonna have ports of their games. Nintendo needs to be worried though, when MS and Sony decide to reveal their new consoles. As a Nintendo fan, I'm very skeptical about the Wii U

People are pathetic. Everyone complaining until you buy a game that's been over-hyped, too short, or has worn out its novelty, and you have no option to get rid of it. I personally don't have a problem with Gamestop. I like to buy a used game, beat it, and return it for my money back. Or get a game I am really interested in for way below half the price.

For a new console coming out this year, it's doing pretty bad. No one knows a darned thing about it. Heck, I'm a Ninty fanboy and I'm no excited about it one bit. I think it will get a lot of PS3/X360 ports. Oh, and the last two E3's has me believing that Ninty doesn't have a clue about the Wii-U either. LOL!!!

Yeah Nintendo. Why are you trying to compete with the PS3/X360 when Ms and Sony will have the PS4 and NextBox?

Of course Retro is making a game for the Wii U. That's what Nintendo bought them for after all. My problem is we have to wait another year for some "promises". They should have done that this year, when they would have clearly stolen the spotlight from MS and Sony, and won over the hearts of many. Why try to compete with dated software when your competition will be ready with a new generation of games?
