PIracy is a much bigger problem on the pc, that really isn't debatable.
Anyways I think local coop is a big advantage of consoles. That and knowing that the game was designed exactly for your system and will be released on day 1.
I played almost entirely on pc last gen but now I almost always play on the 360. I like RPGs and the pc has been pretty lame this gen unless you like MMOs.

Graphics will continue to get better, even if some of you lack the immagination to see how much better graphics can get. Some years from now I can virtually guarantee many of you will be looking back and shacking your heads at how you could have ever been so naive as to believe that graphics couldn't get better or that the difference wouldn't be dramatic.kalipekonaBoy you are really missing the point. Do you remember how long it took the PS3 to get some decent games? Higher development costs equals fewer games and longer development cycles. Most of us are fine with the current level of graphics and would rather have more games. Yes this means games will be baselined to current consoles for years. Too bad, whine more.

No,Crysis is.Arach666I'll run some benchmarks later with framerates taken into account.
I played some baseball outside the other day and I couldn't belive how realistic the baseballs looked.
The 3D effect was incredible, it was as if the ball was coming right at me!
Grass on the field was impeccable, much better than lousy console or pc graphics.
I've never seen a blue sky look so realistic.
I can't wait for 2040 consoles with true 3D and 5000p so I don't have to put up with inferior graphics of today's consoles.
MLB 2K11 doesn't even have fully rendered dust clouds. How can I play a baseball video game without dust clouds? I want to see every spec of dirt when I slide into home. I want to see PROPER dusting of the uniforms.
You consolites love your stupid consoles but only because you haven't experienced TRUE HD of reality. I mean come on, no dust clouds? COME ON!
I'll take who givesas hit for $500 Alex.
Seriously... what is with all these broke people? I dont know if its just kid without jobs or what. If you cant afford $500 every 5 years that is bad...Jermone123Why are you assuming the issue is money? Do you realize how long it takes for a game to be developed this gen? A new console will push development costs even higher which will result in fewer games. Graphics are good enough for most gamers, not everyone obsesses over pixels.
I am just hoping that Project Cafe is a good step above the 360 and PS3 so that maybe we will get a new level of multiplatform graphics on the PC and Project Cafe.kalipekonaWon't matter what the hardware is, games will be designed around the 360 and PS3 for years due the size of the userbase. Most gamers are satisfied with current level graphics so Project Cafe is not going to win over many PS3/360 owners. It could end up being the next Dreamcast actually, caught between gens.

I'd rather get it on the PS3 after the horrendous GTA IV PC port.
Zurrur
They fixed most of the issues with MANY patches and mobs year after it was released ^^
That was after it was already delayed. GTAIV came out for consoles in April and for PC in December. Bully on PC was released with bugs as well.I don't see why so many PC gamers here want a port given their history.
