@abdullahsaurus @de-astroturfer Its OK they're fine with the whole Kinect privacy issue they don't mind being spied on, at least thats what they keep telling everyone ;)
MS exec1"The xbox one just isn't selling we need a price cut"
MS exec2 "No can't be done profit margins are too tight in the US"
MS exec3 "May I make a suggestion the UK is quite a large market for xbox and we've been ripping off our customers for years with straight conversion rates and blaming it on the 20% vat rate, we can afford to drop the price and still make a profit"
MS exec1"OK ready the press release xbox one UK price £399, as long as we're still ripping off customers in some small way Im happy to go with that"
@solid_snake1461 We're always getting shafted in the UK they take the VAT which is 20% and they tend to double it like they think we don't know what the VAT rate is or something.
@dovonob @de-astroturfer I do like my Nintendo games playability is key to their design unlike the on rails generic crap you get on other consoles these days
@Tommi88 @de-astroturfer @PixelAddict Yeah looks like it, unless your the sort of person who laps up hype and PR from such trustworthy companies as EA and Microsoft in which case you might think its the second coming.
Sony learnt they're lesson but with Microsofts track record (generally speaking) I don't hold out much hope of anything more than slight price drops and the odd free game.
Even if they reduce the price to £349 its still going to struggle against the PS4, people tend to prefer better graphics over spy cameras when it comes to gaming.
