@gamingdevil800: It would be nice if the controller came with a rechargeable battery and cord too. Or it would be nice if the controllers were a bit less expensive as a result of not having an internal battery, but at the same time I wouldn't want them to junk out on anything when the xbox controller is a big part of their product.
My opinion is the option to use batteries is a plus. I mean, you can even use rechargeable batteries...kinda awesome.
I think the idea of let's get the console out to market on time and let the games trickle out when they're ready is fine. People won't have to worry so much about the supply being low, it'll be out there already.
Push the release dates for the games back if you have to, I'm sure people will understand with the way everything has been.
I probably would've tried Scalebound if it had become a thing, but if they felt like the game wasn't gonna work then it's best they canned it. They apparently made the right call cancelling the Halo MMO, the Phantom Dust remake and Fable Legends, so it was probably for the best. I suspect it would have wound up all over the place like Lost Odyssey anyway.
@afromakka: I think Microsoft has been doing alright promoting it. I saw it advertised all over the place for GamePass.
It'll catch on more I think, it's still pretty new and needs to accumulate more content. Being console exclusive means less people will be talking about it too, but plenty of people are interested I think.
