I might be in the minority, but I kind of wish they wouldn't remake FE games. They always change stuff, and we effectively end up with a different game than what the originals were.

I'd prefer they just translate the original games, and not waste dev time on remakes. Maybe we would have a new Advance Wars by this point?

Thought it was a pretty good unveiling. Looking forward to a few Blizz games.

I seem to remember that Ruby and Sapphire took place before Red and Blue, or possibly at the same time. And Gold and Silver are after that. But otherwise, I don't really know what the timeline would be for any of the games.

I always thought it was funny that Kanto never discovered the baby forms of several pokemon.

Joker was an alright movie and all....but Zombieland 2 was really the best movie I've seen this year.

I think the Joker overhype is a bit real.

I think Double Tap was better than the first movie, and I think Madison was the best character.

I'm not sure if a movie starring Madison could be any good, but if it's more of what made her role great in this last movie then I'd be interested.

Having played OW on the XBOne X previously, I am aware that it was a better version of this game than the Switch port. But honestly, the Switch port works well enough that I don't care too much.

I didn't run into too many situations yet where my hands became uncomfortable from playing on the handheld, and I didn't notice too many horrendous things on the Switch Lite other than characters taking a moment to "load" into matches. Contrarily, I am more impressed than anything by how amazing it is that this game can be played on a handheld game system with so few hiccups to speak of.

I'll play the Switch version and enjoy it. Maybe one day, I'll also pick it up again on another more powerful system. But for now, I'm more than satisfied. The possibility of playing a few rounds over wifi with my friends after work is there now.

Double Tap was great! If you enjoyed the first, I think there's a good chance you'll enjoy this one. I liked all of the new characters that were introduced, as well as the callbacks to and progressions from the first movie.

I am left sort of wondering if there will eventually be a third film, but I was pleased with the revelation Colombus came to in the final moments of this movie.

My feeling about this game has been one of disinterest since it was first announced. Not to say that I thought it would be a bad game, nor do I even know it it might be enjoyable - I just think it seems aimed squarely at a younger crowd, or else someone looking for a nice, light RPG to play.

The collaboration with Toby Fox providing music for the game is pretty cool, and in a way this probably is one of the more ambitious non-Pokemon games that they've developed. But it is still very much a side-project, from what I can tell.

And it's hard not to bring up Pokemon. The series had wide appeal, is plenty fun, and continues to incrementally improve with each new release. Knowing the success and fandom of Pokemon, if I were GameFreak, I'd want to prioritize that IP over all else. Maybe GameFreak needs to expand a bit, or work alongside other teams if they want to multitask on several ambitious games at once.

I think Sword got the better new pokemon out of these two latest reveals, especially since this isn't a brand new evolution. But I'm hopeful there will be more exclusives revealed. Either way, getting Shield.
