Sounds good. I like to enjoy the adventure, and I think the whole hidden system thing can be frustrating, so having the ability to make any monster I catch viable is great.
@restatbonfire: There are other things I would watch, too. Disenchantment got new episodes recently, I still have a year to sit and work my way through all of The Office before it leaves the service, I've got two seasons of Stranger Things to catch up on if I feel like it, and there's the latest season of Better Call Saul - if that is being added anytime soon.
But El Camino is, like I said, probably the highlight right now.

I'd like to try to view Godzilla from a positive angle. It is an anti-hero in a way, arising to take on more sinister challengers that threaten the world. It may be the deadly elephant in the room, but Godzilla stopped many horrible disasters from occurring, and put an end to insane tyrannical destruction in Asia.
I am looking forward to El Camino. I think it'll be the highlight of resubscribing to Netflix in October. I don't really want to speculate - I'll just watch it and see how it all unfolds. It'll be something to see the Breaking Bad storyline continue after the events of the series. Who knows? Maybe Bob Odenkirk will even make an appearance?
Back in Red and Blue, I usually used Farfetch'd as my main flying-type, and I think it's evolution looks awesome. This might become my new favorite fighting-type!
I won't be able to obtain one in Shield version, but I'm hoping to trade a Sword player for one. ...Now it makes me wonder which older pokemon will receive a Shield-exclusive evolution?
I also wonder if the discarded evolution for farfetch'd will finally be made a thing. It looked awesome, and would be a way to keep its flying and normal typing intact.
@mandzilla: Thank you, Mand'. Well I guess since I picked up the Steamworld Dig games and got Fire Emblem, I kind of put Switch on the back-burner. My progress on WoW Classic has been very slow due to connectivity issues, but I have been enjoying it when it wants to work well.
This month a few games are coming out in the states I wouldn't mind getting. Dragon Quest 11 S is releasing soon, and Ni No Kuni thereafter. I believe Disgaea 4 is coming out in September, though I don't recall. Astral Chain came out recently, too. I might actually have to put those off for a while, alongside Mario Maker 2. Oh, and Link's Awakening remake comes out this month also. ...There's just so much to keep track of. And I am sure all of the Baulder's Gate games and such are releasing soon as well.
I've been back at my old job for about a month and a half now. It seems like it's been longer, but I guess that's about right. Things have been a little stressful lately because we just had inventory, and now we're getting in so much freight and have no space for moving anything in the backroom. And before all that, we had a bunch of people who had been there for a while decide to quit, shortly after I came back. That was rough, and I actually felt responsible in some way for one of them leaving. A few of those people had been there with me for years.
I've been getting on alright with one newer coworker, and he's even brought up the idea of being roommates eventually. I feel like, since we lost 4 or 5 of those other people, we really haven't had a 'full' crew since I came back. It doesn't feel like we have a solid team, you know? But it's not the worst it's ever been, not at all. I guess it's most frustrating to me whenever we hire someone who's smart, and likable, and they have so much to offer us, and then they turn around and leave far too soon. It's like a big fake-out.
Well anyway, I know I owe my Switch some much-needed attention, but I really am in WoW mode right now as far as gaming goes. My one buddy is keeping his word and wants to start playing it with me soon. He wants to play Horde of course, so I'll have to make a new character lmao. ...But, it will be nice to have a friend to play it with sometimes. Now if only I would stop getting disconnected every couple of minutes...
@mandzilla: That's another thing! When Doom 1, 2 and 3 were added to the e-shop that was pretty cool, especially after 2016 Doom and Doom Eternal are supporting the system. I have never played Doom 64, but it looks like more of what made the earlier games great.
I haven't gotten any of those games on Switch yet, and idk yet if or when I will, but that's an example of how many great ports are coming to the Switch.
