It does look like a shameless clone. And just like Pokémon Go, it had a ridiculous, lengthy promotional video featuring series monsters in the real world that is not at all representative of actual gameplay in any way, shape or form.

Idk, I think he could do alright. Kinda hard to tell until you at least see a trailer of the actor in character. I agree that seeing more of a "detective" Batman piecing together clues between run-ins and solving riddles would make for a different sort of Batman movie.

I'm looking forward to the Pokémon Sword/Shield Direct, and I'll check out the E3 Direct at some point too. I guess being an older gamer maybe I'm not so hard to please now, but I'm pretty happy with the games slated for release this year. More info on the Link's Awakening remake would be nice, as would info on Luigi's Mansion 3, Animal Crossing, and hopefully even a surprise confirmation of the Metroid Prime Trilogy. (With a Hunters remake? Can I dream?) I can't shake the feeling that Link's Awakening will have some new content though, and not be a straightforward remake.

I don't see the point of games in cars, and I don't see why they're bothering if they can't include the full game.

I am concerned about the news that you can't play it with Switch friends though.

I'm hoping there will be some news about what to expect from version differences, and more fine details on how big the world is. If there's some new feature or gimmick, or story info to share, I guess now is the time for it. It would be nice to have a word on how much single-player content there is.

I think it would be cool if the final evolutions of two starters were box mascots again, and the legendaries were left a bit of a mystery until later in the game.

Ford isn't wrong. I mean, if you want to make an adventure movie with some new lead, would it even have to have anything to do with Indy? Just make a brand new IP at that point.

The first thing I thought of was fishing games. With the Katamari guy involved, I imagine there will be some really odd stuff.

I generally agree with Mike. I think the season had some good moments, and the finale was fitting, even if it was a wonky, rushed cram-job of a season.

It's entirely possible the books will end with the events playing out the same way, but with a more natural progression.

I think maybe Bran being chosen as King was meant to be a little dull of a choice, because that fits with the tone of things. He might not have been the best choice, but he was a good choice for numerous small reasons.

Most of the characters couldn't escape their habits. Maybe that is a big message the series wanted to show. And that wasn't entirely a bad thing. Their endings were in-character, and for some had a sense of duality.

I will likely buy the DVD for this season when it comes out to complete the collection. I'll probably even re-watch all of this again one day. It will always be known as the messiest season in the series, but for me I felt like it was adequate enough.
