@Gelugon_baat Well said, I think people need to be very careful of what games they want to fund in the future, they could just be another subsidiary of EA in disguise.
@RobertBowen You hit the nail on the head. Its very wrong! I mean the whole idea of kickstart is to get games that are deemed too risky for publishers to invest in.
But now EA have the best of both world because the fans invest their money to have the game made and then EA takes the game if it becomes successful.
I think people should not pledge money to developers who join this new EA plan.
@LokiHero Im sorry but no! this seems like great colaboration but small companies are always at the mercy of larger ones with the money to buy them out. For once, the kickstart program found a way to become immune to this by getting funding from fan contributions. This new plan just brings them back under EA's shadow again.
