Just buy an alright HDTV now and then wait until 3D refines itself.

I just got a 23" 1080p HDTV for my room that I'm going to mount on my wall for $240.

I hate playing bad games. So, the 8.0 limit is justifiable in my mind. If you're getting a 7 you're just doing too many things wrong for me to want to play it.

I don't like GTA IV, Oblivion, Fallout 3, Burnout Paradise, etc. and they all got great scores.

Maybe I am limiting myself by not playing certain games. I'm starting to get a feel for the publishers, developers, and review sites. Still, fun factor wise, what's a really good underscoring game?

It starts June 21 for the xbox 360.

If it gets below an 8 on GameSpot, I don't buy it. There are simply too many good games out there to warrant a purchase on something that is sub-par. I don't remember the last 8.0 that I actually liked a lot. I don't think there is one.

None. I don't see the point in getting all the acheivements. The only achievement games get from me is a "good" label if I actually finish it. Games these days are so repetitous that I only seem to finish about a third of my games. The others just aren't good enough.

Vertical because it can be. The disc drive is fine, but I install all my games. Also, that's the way it fits in my video cabinet.
