Fable III, Halo: Reach, Gears of War 3, RAGE, Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit...

Hardcore gaming isn't dead. Xbox 360 will live on.

These people don't know what they're talking about besides one or two. It's fine to install ODST. It's good in fact if you like to install games (I do). But Halo 3 was not made to be installed and it uses different processes that slow the game down if it's installed. Since the second disc is the same as Halo 3 multiplayer it should not be installed or it will slow it down. Bungie didn't alter the code, so it will slow down your game.

Install ODST

Don't install Halo 3 Multiplayer

What's the matter with a game built on revenge?

Urban_Flow

That's like asking why shanking a Wal-Mart worker for attempting to stop someone from stealing a pillow is wrong. The nature of the revenge is ridiculous.

The concept is actually funny and so is the reason for revenge.Theres no reason to bash a game without actually playing it.Thats just my opinion.

I understand where you're coming from and I am basing my conclusions off of assumptions, but I have to disagree with how funny the concept is. I think that when you set up a story you start with something strong and if not being invited to a birthday party is the best they've got their best isn't very good.

So you're against violence in games?

So you're trolling and trying to pin me into one of your boxes. Possibly because I disagreed with you in another thread? Let it go Luke, let it go.

It looks like the story is going to be bland from the begginning and only get worse as it pulls you through a world of an unlikable bear doing things to other bears for things that are unjustifiable. In the end who wants to be pegged as a cut-a-wrist bear that throws tantrums and starts out by getting pissed off by not getting invited for a birthday party. The game sounds like it was made for kids, but no parents will buy it for them. I predict major fail.

This thread just sheds light on how crappy Xbox RPG's are. That and there are hardly any of them. Whatever happened to the Action Adventure Role Playing Games of Yester-Year?

I'll probably wait until they have OLED 3D HDTV's without glasses. :P

Or get a cheap one.

Or use someone else's.

It doesn't seem like the right time to buy knowing the current state of 3Dness and the future of 3D gaming.

Personally I couldn't see myself buying Black Ops after buying Modern Warfare 2. They'll probably be really similar and I simply want there to be less shooters on the market. Right now the FPS genre is being flooded with games. I'm getting Halo: Reach. I might be getting MoH because it seems to have the best of Bad Company 2 and Modern Warfare 2. After October my next FPS will be RAGE whenever that comes.
