[QUOTE="decoppel"][QUOTE="Tessellation"]I don't really trust X exclusive developer from X company saying their games can't be done on X system, especially coming from a company that hasn't touch the competition system...I trust More the guy from IBM who worked with both consoles and said they are equal.this guy sounds more like a fanboy from system wars than a President of a company,i was in the Uncharted 2 betta and the jump from UC to UC2 isn't that big.TessellationI played it, the jump was there if you played the **** out of it. No it isn't and you won't force your personal opinion over mine :|.you guys brag about ''physics'' in uncharted 2 and there is barely non, only in scripted events, where is the environment destruction like in Killzone 2 or Gears of Wars 2? the explosions are mediocre at best,i've seen plenty to know is smoke and mirrors, and doesn't even beat Killzone 2 or Gears of War 2. You are entitled to your opinion, I won't force it. I just think its funny you can't see a difference.

Source? I tried to google it, and got a bunch of fake sources.http://community.eu.playstation.com/playstationeu/board/message?message.uid=7403275 This with a quick search. But whatever. Proven fake. Anything else?[QUOTE="decoppel"][QUOTE="vaderhater"]As in deved console

[QUOTE="decoppel"][QUOTE="-GeordiLaForge-"]The physics engine and audio load can be made lighter and nobody would notice the difference. And the 360 has better lighting as well as textures...-GeordiLaForge-360 has better shading, not lighting....Sorry, I should've been more clear. If a game uses antialiasing, the 360 version has better lighting (HDR). But by shading, did you mean shader output? If so, then yes. If you meant shadows, it's really just relative to the engine. Apology accepted. [quote=Zaka]Don't waste your time dude, they're console gamers. They don't know anything about hardware. Oh almighty. Please enlighten me with your vast google knowledge.
Define PS3 as the lead? We all know what can be done, ask Crytek. As in deved console Source? I tried to google it, and got a bunch of fake sources.[QUOTE="decoppel"][QUOTE="vaderhater"]MW2 is again going to be the same situation with the PS3 as the lead so....Cant wait guys

-GeordiLaForge-
If it were developed on a multiplat engine with weaker graphics overall, then yes it'd probably be slightly better-looking on the 360 (since most multiplat engines this gen favor the hardware that's simpler to work with). But the question you have to ask yourself is, would U2 have looked better than what we're now seeing on PS3 had it been built GROUND-UP on the 360 hardware?PS3 was lead for Ghostbusters. How did that turn out? Ask the new patch.[QUOTE="nervmeister"]
[QUOTE="vaderhater"]WEll then it would be a multiplat.....and we all know what happens with those.

[QUOTE="decoppel"][QUOTE="-GeordiLaForge-"]Don't need it. It's called common sense...-GeordiLaForge-Your common sense is different than mine I suppose, I have read many articles on PS3s cap performance, and it is actually possible via those articles to hit 100%, but it is not going to be a common occurrence. But I would love to see your math first.I've read the tech documents from IBM. This is a video game, not a program written specifically to test the limits of the Cell. But I'll go out on a limb and say that it may be possible to hit 100% every once in a blue moon, but only if the PPE was used strictly for load balancing, like the thread arbiter of the Xenos. Better? I read the article you speak of, I do recall reading its theoretical max VS max performance, I understand what you are saying, but I believe 100% is in reference to max performance that is actually achievable in a video game.
