How do I get my wii connected to the internet? I'm not really sure where to begin. Can someone explain to me how to do it? Or maybe what I will need?ie cables? router?

Any help would be great.

:D Thanks,

[QUOTE="SpideR_CentS"][QUOTE="GundamGuy0"]I think your going to start to see ports of the big franchies for the wii next year... Why... develoepers can't over look a market share that's 30-40%... deluxemando

I agree to a point. I think Wii will get EA Sports games, NFS series and things of that nature. But the simple fact is the system is nowhere near powerful enough to even get downgraded ports of games like Star Wars Force Unleached, GTA, Oblvion, etc, etc. Well I guess if they can do Oblvion on PSP then they could do it on the Wii, but it would be a drastic downgrade and hardly should be considered the same game.

Fail.

The wii isn't powerful enough to get ports (downgraded) like star wars the force unleashed? First of all, according to gamespot, the wii IS getting a version of SW:tFU, (look it up, theres a wii section) ALSO..if the DS and PSP are powerful enough to get a version of SW:tFU, OBVIOUSLY the wii is powerful enough to.

/owned.

go home.

(btw this was to show that the wii is well capable enough to recieve ports from more powerful consoles)

The TC is missing the most basic logic of; the more wii's there are in the public's hands, the more 3d party games the wii will recieve. I mean if you were a developer, and you were going to make a multiplat game, would leave out the console that is selling rougly 1.1 million consoles a month? Or the console that is barely selling at all? Which console are going to make more money off of for your multi plat?

Lol those of you who are telling him to take system wars less seriously...well you're the one taking SW too seriously if you don't think he's kidding. Obviously he's just messing around.

Btw, you terms of defeat are as follows; Hold on to the PS3 for a few more months, and you will reap the rewards of a powerful console.

[QUOTE="xboxdevil"]I think you underestimate Microsoft, but I believe your right about the Wii. The best is yet to come with the 360, the PS3 hasn't even begun to tap it's potential, and I think we've seen as much as we're going to with the Wii. xboxdevil

You're knowledge of the wii and it's releases is about 10-15%. You know almost nothing about what is coming out on the wii...the graphics and depth of what is to come out on the wii. Just for a second, calm down that I'm semi-insulting you, and REALLY ask yourself..how much do you know about the wii and it's releases. Almost nothing, I'd bet.

"I think we've seen as much as we're going to with the wii." Lol I wonder if you remember the first 7 months of the 360 release..hmm. (Btw just to name a few: super smash brawl, metroid 3, no more heroes, project rygar, soul calibur legends, project hammer, battallion wars 2, final fantasy CB, and the list goes on)

I was referring to your little Wii's capabilties, ya Wii-tard. Don't even talk about the graphics, you're just embarrassing yourself.

A wii-tard? Very clever, I think you're the one embarrassing yourself.

And I was talking about the wii's capabilites aswell. There are games on the wii for 07 that push the limits of the wii's graphical and processing capabilites like Super Smash Brawl and Metroid Prime 3. MP3 has been reported to have graphics twice as good as halo 2. That my friend, is nothing short of next gen.

You lose.

I don't know why this would be "ownage" at all. How bout we both set up lemonade stands? Sheep can sell their lemonade for 5 cents and sell 100 cups. Meanwhile, I'll sell a single cup for 20 bucks. I guess they would then claim "ownage" because they outsold me.

Ownage is only possible in competition. A system that cuts another's pricein half for goodness sakes is not direct competition. If you disagree, I guess you think typewriters are in competition with pc's.

whoisryanmack

Dude you're way off the mark. You're lemonade parallel is an extremely exadgerated (sp?) analogy of the console war. The price of the wii is strategically placed, at rougly half of the 360...not a FRACTION of it...5 cents vs 20 bucks. No one would claim ownage over anything your little lemonade world, we're not idiots. But in the REAL thing, the console war, the wii is owning the 360 in sales and is putting more money in Nintendo's pockets.

Ownage is possible in competition. I agree. The PS3, 360 and Wii are in competition. The wii is owning. (Sales wise). I really have no idea how an obsolete tool like a type writer vs modern pc can be compared to out console race. Are you saying the wii is obsolete? You know it came out 7 months ago..while the 360 came out nearly 2 years ago.

You're making very little sense.
