If you put a PS4 game next to a PC game a multiplatform, you arent going to find that much difference, a better texturing here and there, maybe few more frames, but really nothing to write about. I dont understand why there arent PC devs out there that just target the ultra high end video cards. Make another Crysis type of game and people will upgrade in waves.

PC is by far the strongest in terms of power, main problem is developers never really squeeze out any power from these cards that are by itself more expensive than a console, thats the main problem. There arent many Crytek's out there to warrant spending all that money on video cards, if there were I would be the first one to buy it. As a matter of fact the first Crysis got me into PC gaming and ever since then we really havent seen anything jaw dropping from either PC's or Consoles.
GPU is the last thing a company should ever cheap on, graphics and hype sell these days. They know they fucked up with their 7770 and their DDR3 set up, so they overclocked the box just to catch up a little, and now they are trying to eek out some resources from Kinect. Microsoft one of the richest companies in the world, put a damn GPU in the next console and quit cutting corner. 750 shaders against 1150 game over.
Dude most TV's are 60hz standard these days, and 120hz starting to be the norm. I dont mind 30fps but I hate when I walk into a lot of action and it drops into low 20's, then you can clearly notice the stuttering.
I never quite understood this from developer point of view. 30 frames is the bare minimum where the gameplay still feels smooth but anything under you can definetely notice the stuttering, and 60 is butter smooth. I dont get why they cant target 40 frames and add some effects and increase the resolution on some games. 40-45 FPS is a perfectly smooth playable.
There is a lot of Xbox1's sitting in every store, and thats a fact go to your local Walmart, Bestbuy, inventory is pretty full. I think they only sold 4-4.5 million if they shipped 5 million to retailers.
Go play Infamous, Battlefield, Killzone, does a Titan outperform it, it sure does. But a Ps4 does get close to a high end PC.
You don't need a crazy processor for a console, most of the heavy lifting is done by the GPU anyways.
