Ever since 2k started making games on every imaginable platform for more profits, their quality of games has considerebly been slipping. If they implement lobbies, leaderboards, stable servers, random online bugs, I will get the game, but I doubt it. So this year I am skipping 2k14.

I will have to see, I have brought every 2k game since 2008, and honestly 2012 and 2013 I have barely played at all, the only online game that was decent was 2011, where there was leaderboards in team-up. Basically since 2008 they took away lobbies, so you cant see who you are playing, it was a deal breaker for me at a time but I decided to get the game anyways. One thing to remember every 2k game is released prematurely, so first month or two you are going to be waiting on a patch to fix online play. 2k13 Online stats not being updated, kicked out of 50 percent of games, bugs everywhere, servers not loading, online was garbage so I didnt even bother to play the game at all, you can submit your complaints all you want to Ron at 2k website but it takes months before anything ever gets fixed. 2K games are great offline games, but when it comes to Online, its utter garbage.
I dont post a lot here, I was just wondering since this console has to be authenticated every day, what happens like 10 years from now when their servers arent supporting the console anymore, are the games still going to play or? Or lets say that Microsoft leaves gaming, maybe I am asking questions that cant be answered now.
I do think a lot of PC gamers are underestimating the PS4 a little too early, these are astonishing specs for a console, it should be able to match PC graphics for few years. I think with this hardware devs like Naughty Dog can challenge games like Crysis 3 in terms of visuals.
I think it would have been better if they went with a stronger APU, and cut the memory to 4g. I think its better if it had 7970 as a GPU and a stronger CPU and 4gb or ram. I dont know if 8gb is necesary but I am not a engineer or game developer.
I mainly use my PC for Strategy games like Total War series, my 460gtx still does the job just fine. I just dont see anything out there on PC that really makes me say WOW in terms of graphics. Buying these 600$ GPU's is pointles, if all games looked like modded versions of Crysis then I would be the first one to buy a 600$ graphic card.
Riadon2, tell me what game actually takes advantage of your 2x670's SLI configuration other than maybe Crysis which doesnt really have any story to it. Obviously your Rig is much stronger than a PS4, you have a ferrari but you still have to abide by 65mph speed limit, its the devs fault.
And I would say to PC gamers, me being one of them, dont be so ignorant, PS4 graphics will actually come pretty close to PC. I think this will be the case for probably 2 years, and then PC's slowly starts to pull away with another release of new videocards and possibly brand new architechture
