If you have Steam you need broadband. I updated Metro 2033 yesterday and it was 115mb+ so Fallout is probably around that size. Steam by itself is pretty small. However, on my connection it took less than 5 min.

You need a quad and something equivalent to a 4890. That was enough to push up the settings on my system.

Stay away. A 700W Psu without an 80+ certification and only 2 12Vlines with a total 39Amps Stay away. Better get a 450-500W psu from a trusted brand like Corsair, OCZ, Pc power and cooling, Thermaltake, Antecadamosmaki

I agree. That is a cheap piece of rubbish. I'd go for an Antec TP-750 or Corsair HX-750 or Enermax Modu87+ 800w.
