You should look up the word ironic. I dont think it means what you think it means.
Of course people care about the price of a console. If you see something thats 199, and something that is equally good at 399, which one are you going to buy?
Cost of games are so much, because they sell to the most people at that price, and people are obviously willing to pay that price.
Weather the price is worth it to you is all your preference, if you enjoy wasting 30 hours of your life in repetitive battles that you mash a to get through as fast as possible, then all power to you.
Most games really aren't that expensive compared to the amount of enjoyment (or work) you get from them. Console games are more expensive because they require much larger resources to create than a DS game. It is acaully quite easy to make a DS game, compared to a console game you do not need as many talented workers.
You definately think very wrong, it was definately way over hyped. People bought it in the first couple days for thousands of dollars, I would hate to be one of those fools who did that.
I want to meet the kind of sucker that would spend so much on a console in the first days of release.
Some people still don't understand how readers choice worked? You could have voted on it too, just rate the games you like a high score.. Its not very difficult. Newer games are more likely to be ont he list because people rate them a lot more today then they would really old games.
