Hey guys, i have a launch PS3 that runs quite loudly now a days; the fans just keeps on churning. So, should i just wait until i *possibly* get the YLoD? Or, should i just replace the thermal paste now? The reason i ask is because i am scared to brick my PS3. Really scared. Does this method have a high success rate? Oh man, i don't know what to do! My PS3, other than being really loud, works perfectly otherwise. It is a wise decision to do this procedure anyways? Help me out guys; what should i do? Thanks in advance ;)

Well, i payed $600 and i can honestly say it is the greatest investment i have ever bought. Whether it is the plethora of hours I have spent gaming, the blu-ray player, the tool utilized to display pictures and video files through an HD medium (thus, utilizing my TV), the music player, the friends i have made over the network, and just the general amount of "fun" and experiences i had with the system, i do not regret my decision at all. In fact, i don't know what i'd do without it..

Thanks for the list guys. Keep'em coming. I can't wait until finals are over to watch some of these.

Also, as someone above me pointed out, you guys should really check out "The Assassination of Jesse James." It is a fantastic film--from plot, to character development, to cinematography, to acting (especially Casey Affleck).

As Finals are drawing to a close and Red Dead Redemption's release steadily approaching, i thought of no better way to prepare and get ready for the game other than watching the best Western movie out there.

So, in your opinion, what is the best Western?

(Things to think about: best story, best characters, best gunfights, etc).

I will get this. However, this could've been given to us via dlc.

MusashiSensi

Healey on why this wasn't DLC - "We've added a lot with LittleBigPlanet 2, much more than you would normally get with the sequel. Obviously, we could have split that up into areas and dribbled that out as DLC. What we have found from experience is that when you have got a bunch of tools and features and you're working on them in unison together, you start to realise how they work and link together and influence each other, which is a lot harder to do when you are working with these items separately.

We also liked the idea of having the time to create a new story, which combines all these new experiences and shows them off to the users. The game is also fully backwards compatible, so we feel that we will not split the community in anyway.

It's also a lot easier to explain to my mum when I have a disc to show her. I like making my mum proud."

Why did you quote me when it clearly says there that it COULD'VE been done?

Hey, he's just trying to show you that, with all the innovation and mass construction on various tools, graphics, devices, etc, it COULD NOT have been given via DLC.

I don't have a Go, but i researched about it back when it came out because i was on the fence. Anyways, to answer your question: Yes; the pspgo can allow the DS3 controller to be used as the main controller
