Lets be clear here, MS also does mainly third party, the only difference is they buy the company out, but in reality Halo and Gears the two biggest MS franchises are only first party because studios were bought out. So its only first party by the loosest definition.

I thought it was 99 to start, but this thing used to be 150. The original xbox one cost 500 or 400 without the Kinect, hence I assumed it cost a 100 bucks. For fifty bucks I might pick this up for things like skype, but not a 100.

How is a non single player campaign like Battlefront more of a competitor than fallout, same with call of duty or halo. That argument was so nonsensical.

@jenovaschilld: You don't understand, the xbox does not sell in Japan. It sells 200-300 hundred units a week on average while the ps4 and wii u both top 15,000. Japanese companies make Japanese games primarily for the Japanese just like anime, and international markets second. So unless MS pays a lot then they won't get the games, because there is no user base in Japan.

Because the xbox cant sell in Japan. Shemue 2 sold poorly on the xbox, one of the reasons the third game was delayed this long.

And if you really feel that entitled to play it, anybody who can afford an xbox should be able to afford a decent pc if you are anti Sony.

there is no reason this should come to the xbox, and I assume they have had their chance to bring shemue in the past given the relationship from shenmue 2.

And yes I backed it, for the 300 Ce edition, and sure as hell didn't back the game so MS could come late to the party and a piece of the pie. And yes I own an xbox one as well as ps4.

So its a 2ds basically for 100 bucks. Ill pass, if it at least included the game then I would pick it up. The 2ds does not even seem to have any yokai watch design.

Honestly the Chinese number isn't worth anything. China has a population between 3 and 4 times the size of the US, they spent only a few million more, and then when you factor in China's skewed policy regarding revenue and the like, its not golden goose that people make it out to be.

Also people are underestimating Japan. Japan's population 130 M vs 330 M for the US, yet its sales were only half as small. So on a per person basis Japan is actually spending a lot more on games.
