@sealionact: Was he though? Because I distinctly remember Flemming having a problem with Sean Connery being Scottish when he was chosen for the role. Pretty sure James Bond was originally English and then they adapted the charachter later on to suit the fact that Connery was Scottish.
@frosty988: "Indie crap" which accompanied a AAA game as the headliner. We got Little Big Planet 3, Tearaway Unfolded, Until Dawn, Tales From The Borderlands, Killing Floor 2, Just Cause 3, Assassin's Creed: Freedom Cry, Infamous: Second Son, Metal Gear Solid Phantom Pain, Worms Battlegrounds and Dark Siders 2: DE. There were only two months (Jan and April), which didn't have a AAA game. So again, what in the blue fųck are you talking about?
@Fallenlords69: Dude, take off the tin foil hat. These things do happen and yes it is entirely possible. Nolan is a very self-involved man, constantly busy and probably doesn't pay much attention to pop culture. I don't understand why he would lie about it, plenty of directors have knowingly cast musicians in their films. There isn't exactly a taboo about it. But sure, carry on being cynical. I bet you're the life and soul of any party ;-)
@Fallenlords69: Nolan genuinely did not know who Harry Styles was when he auditioned. This has been said many times. Nolan chose him because he thought he fit the part well, that is all. Hell, I hardly recognised him with his short hair, but then I hate One Direction and never really paid much attention to them.
