Yep. That and Twitch lags a lot for me. I'll take Youtube anyday over Twitch. If Youtube does let you stream well I hope Sony adds an option to stream directly to Youtube like it has an option for Twitch right now.

For what it's worth I prefer Remedy over Naughty Dog. If only Quantum Break was Multi platform. Sigh.
