@The-Neon-Seal @drodriguesaar I think this can be a imposition from the game developers maybe...because video games without games are worthless but on the other side if the console don't sell well the game developers will have gaint bill to pay and no money for it....

I do not understand very well about the workings of the gaming industry. But it seems to me, makes sense to me, if Sony refuses to charge this fee the player, the game developers can oppose to sony to make new games and so undermine the playstation 4? (It seems dumb, but i need to ask...)
