I'm tempted to buy this exclusively for the Nobuo Uematsu soundtrack. I don't think I could stay motivated by the gameplay though. I learned the hard way that I'm not a fan of puzzle games.

Sounds like good background music that would provide a great atmosphere for a game, but I'm not sure if it's something I'd listen to on it's own. After being spoiled by Nobuo Uematsu and Yasunori Mitsuda, it takes a lot for a soundtrack to stand out to me. At the same time, it's typical that I have to hear a song a few times or associate it with an experience before I really love it. If anyone has any other great video game composers to recommend, I'd be happy to check them out.

The continue feature doesn't work even after you watch an advertisement, yet you're still recommending the game? I hope it has addictive gameplay if it's worth overlooking such a glaring flaw.

@chronolives: Many long time fans would love something like that, including me. I'd especially like to see more about the past and delve into Janus and Schalas history. Have you played the fan made sequel, Chrimson Echoes? I think I've mentioned it to a user on Gamespot with the Frog portrait like you have, but I'm not sure if it was you.

Edit: If they added a big section about Glen before he was frog, that would be amazing too :) And if we could get Yasunori Mitsuda to score a new soundtrack... One can only dream.

@chronolives: Haha, that would be cool. Or let us play through the game from Magus' perspective.

Wow, I remember someone joking about a Marvel vs Final Fantasy title in these comments and I thought they were joking. Such a thing doesn't sound quite that far off now...

Project Cars for about $10 and it works with Oculus Rift. I'm looking forward to trying it out.

@MHzBurglar: PS4 and PS3 controllers work great as well. I found out recently that you can use a DVI to HDMI adapter and it will include sound output to the TV, at least that works for GTX video cards.

Horror games are scary as hell in VR haha. I've just played Dreadhalls on Oculus and it was almost stressful each time I'd take a break and come back. Finishing it felt pretty good though because it was like facing fear and overcoming it.
