This is a great game. I highly recommend it for anyone with any interest in the Metroidvania genre.

Perhaps some sort of a "backpack PC" with a light-weight headset plugged in directly would provide the best of both worlds for this technology. I'd expect to see something like that announced in the next few years (by who is anyone's guess.)

I think I'll stick with cords and "PC Quality" graphics for now. Someday, a compelling experience might come along that makes me want to walk around with a wireless headset. For now, I'd prefer to sit down and game with a high-end light-weight headset that won't run out of battery life. So I'm going with the Oculus Rift.

@guyondainternet: I agree that this AMD commercial sounded a little gimmicky and loaded with buzz-words. That doesn't mean the whole technology is a gimmick though.

@the-games-masta: "There are already too many devices, some investors are going to lose a lot of money" the same thing was said about many other successful inventions, by naysayers who turned out to be wrong.

@dysonlu: Lol, you took my statement to mean that only programmers are smart? It doesn't require high intelligence to be likable nor to get people to work for you. Do you think that every successful person is successful because they are smart? I'd suggest to you that there can be many other factors... Think about it.

There were many times where I thought about the camera work and aspects of how the video was put together because of Andy's talent and creativity. That's not something I usually think about when watching videos.

This new information we're getting about this game is really getting me pumped. I don't think I've felt this excited about a game in a long time.

@dexda: I actually like the chromatic aberration in these screenshots and often in other places. Seems like a personal preference so I'd agree, it would be nice to have the option to disable it.
