I'm sure Ubisoft will announce some sort of program to rectify this issue. I did have the CE pre-ordered from Amazon, but this news plus the fact that at least from what I saw on their website early Sunday they did not have the new CE price listed so I switched over the plain ol' version and ended up getting it for around $40.

Well it is using something like Unreal Engine 3.2 or some such. Not sure if that would be its official name, but its the 2nd rendition of the engine I believe so thats what I call it.

I'd say GotY edition, though I do not own that version. I was pretty addicted to FO3 for the longest time, so with each bit of DLC that came out, I bought it right away.

It looked pretty good imo, cool to see a female gear, so I take it the bearded guy was Dom ? I had thought they would show Bullet Storm or whatever its called as well, oh well. Also, anyone happen to know the name of the song from the trailer ?

I wouldn't mind seeing an RPG set around the pinnacle of the Prothean's existence, maybe just before the Reapers indoctrinated them.

I debated a while back whether or not to pick this up off of Steam, but could never bring myself to do it. Now that it is hitting Live soon, I do believe I will take the plunge; I have been wanting to play something thats a bit crazy/different and I would say that this fits the bill nicely.

I have a laptop that was gifted to me and I am planning on purchasing Metro 2033 soonish, and am wondering how people think it might run settings wise with my specs (I would check systems requirement lab, but didn't see it there yet). Also keep in mind that I would be hooking it up to my HDTV via HDMI to hopefully run it at 1080p (hopefully at least) Thanks in advance :) Gateway P-6831FX: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit Intel Core 2 Duo X7800 Extreme 2.6 ghz, at the moment (its overclockable, so may get a friend help me overclock it to some degree) 4 GB Ram 667 MHz DDR2 Nvidia Geforce 8800M GTS 512 MB (DX10 Card) Seagate 320 GB 7200rpm 16mb cache HDD

[QUOTE="dukerav"]You'd need a 3D capable TV, which I wouldn't advise you rush out and buy just yet. As for glasses, yes you'd most likely have to have some sort of glasses but probably not like you get at the theater, something a bit pricier I would imagine. I do recall I believe reading somewhere a while back that there is a version of 3D being worked on that would not require glasses but I really don't know all the details on that.FFVIIROCKS

haha yeah I just got a Hdtv in december, no way im running out and dropping some major bones on a 3d capable tv...not worth it in the least

Nah, I would wait a few years when the tech has had time to mature / Price drops, thats my plan at least.

As awesome as Uncharted 2 is (Although I am only about 1hr 45min into GoW III) I would have to say that God of War's campaign as a WHOLE (1-3) are more epic, and its not even close. I mean come on, killing GODs, climbing and fighting on a Titan's body, the sheer scope and scale of just about everything, etc. It doesn't get any more epic than that imo.
