I think the military are getting a little to worked up over it to say "Internet requirement is the single greatest sin Microsoft has committed against all service members." As if there is no alternative...

All you have to do is get a PS4, no internet, no region lock, save 100 bucks. Its not the end of the world to have a console without an "X" label on it.

Paying 100 extra bucks for "Skype, Twitch TV, SmartGlass, and Kinect" is NOT a good value when no one wants it.

I have yet to see a good Kinect game, or any reason to pay 100 bucks for one..

I don't get it, besides automatic updates...whats the plus to having a mandatory connection?
