I agree, on the game side the PS3 is improving rapidly. But in terms of sales, marketshare etc, it is quite literally the biggest failure in business history. But that's Sony's problem, not mine.Floppy_Jim
lol... let's not get carried away now.

Serious question for people who have played both.
I got the R2 beta a few weeks ago and I'm sad to say that the competitive multiplayer just feels kinda lame. I think I even liked the first resistance multiplayer a bit better. The 60 player online feels messy, while the controls don't feel as tight as other FPS's. I was pretty disappointed with it altogether.
I'm looking foward to the R2 campaign though, so hopefully it will redeem itself in my eyes. The Halo 3 campaign was pretty generic IMO...
Anyway, how would you compare the two games?
Square Enix... Other than the fact that I've never been much into Eastern RPG's, I feel like they kinda betrayed Sony.
But what do I know... I'm sure there's a bunch more to the whole story.
Plasma is trash.

Why.. because you bought an LCD? You lost all credibility there man... nobody wants to listen to some A/V fanboy talk about something he knows nothing about.
You fail miserably.

Crysis maxed (yes, this is maxed, the original crysis wasn't completely, but this one is):

Killzone 2

For the record, I think Killzone 2 will be mediocre.

Wow... is that running with a 8600gt?
lol you do realize that 8600GT with other good hardware and super OCed can ACTUALLY run crysis maxed out EVEN WITH FRAPS :D ??

Lol man i still cant believe that how people here jump to conclusions without any research or backup HAHHAHA LMFAO.Just like little kids growing up not offending you my man.Guess what ? I just came back from my frends house.Hes using an MSI heat cooling pipe 8600GT 512mb JUST MAXED CRYSIS on his on 1440x900.Without fraps the frame rate was around 20-35 average and minimum around 15-20.Which is PLAYABLE :).With fraps it was 5-10 fps lesser.Hell even my old 6600 GT NON OCed could run it on most high. These were the settings i believe :
Texture: Medium
Objects: Low
Shadows: Low
Physics: medium
Shader: medium
Volumetric Effects: High
Game Effects: High
Post Procesing: High
Particles: High
Water: High
Sound: High

Talk about self ownage ? I actually took those things to high on my freaking 6600gt .
You guys are nerds... get a room.
Don't people remember the previous sony "announcements". lol, did people really expect 11 new games? diped
Sadly... sorta. With a weak E3, weak Leipzig... PS3 owners were hoping that Sony was saving all it's muscle for TGS. We were expecting something like 6 or 7 PSN titles, and 4 or 5 full BD titles. Pretty disappointing if that's all Sony came with at TGS. Oh well... back to hyping the usual stuff.
